[10.0] "An incredibly important figure in the history of joshi wrestling and one of the last true promoters the industry has today. The contributions Ogawa has made to the industry, both through the companies he's founded and the talent said companies have produced have defined the scene for a number of years now, and with STARDOM's continous growth thanks partly to the foundations he built and the emergence of Marigold as another must-watch promotion, its evident that his impact will continue to be felt for the foreseeable future"

[8.0] "Rossy Ogawa is undeniably one of the most influential figures in modern joshi wrestling. His eye for talent and ability to create stars is almost unmatched. Stardom's rise to industry leader status and the continued promise of Marigold are direct results of his vision, experience, and deep understanding of the business. His impact on joshi wrestling is historic and permanent, and he will rightly be remembered as a legend whose influence shaped the scene."

[10.0] "One of the most important figures in Joshi history, 5 great wrestling companies (AJW, Arsion, JD Star, Stardom and Marigold) he had at the very least a big influnence him, the talent tree behind him from Arsion onwards is insane and still growing. He's not the most flashy booker out there, but he is one of the few in Japan out there that puts current ring ability over experience, doesn't matter if your 1 year in or 10, if a wrestler is the best in ring skilled in the company, they get the most opportunities to shine, unlike a lot of Japanese companies where talented youngsters are too often overlooked for less talented experienced wrestlers."

[1.0] ""I think men's professional wrestling is a profession. Women's professional wrestling isn't a profession, it's more like a place where women can shine at a certain point in their teens and twenties." That's Rossy Ogawa's actual quote about women's wrestling. Dude is a super otaku that goes about business in the sketchiest of ways, often poaching talent from promotions without a second thought. The only people that think he is a good booker are people that have never watched pre-Stardom joshi promotions. None of the joshi legends seem to respect him and his "beauty first" approach to womens wrestling."

[10.0] "One of the most important figures in joshi wrestling. His legacy will be with him forever, i think. He discovered a huge amount of talent and world stars (Mayu, Kamitani, SLK, Utami, Syuri and much more). Yes there have been a lot of questions about his booking and shady stories, but that doesn't take away from the fact of what he has done for wrestling in Japan."

[10.0] "Rossy Ogawa is the most important figure in joshi in the 2000s. There is this famous quote from him that says something like "Stardom is called Stardom because I wanted to create new stars" and that's exactly what he did and is still doing up until this day (now with Marigold). Not only he created a promotion that would develop to become the industry leader, the amount of wrestlers he made and respect him is immeasurable. He's not the most consensual figure (mostly for western fans due to unfundamented rumours spread on a certain livestream) but his influence can't be denied."

[6.0] "Honest review from a long time Stardom fan: He created my favorite company, which is also basically my biggest interest. He has booked some amazing stars like Mayu, Momo, Saya, Utami, Arisa, Kagetsu and more. But then, let's take Momo as an example, he'll just throw people he tried turning into stars away for the next person. Momo had an amazing run, basically set up to be the next ace of the company, then Utami came into the company and he made Momo an afterthought. Not to mention Rossy's obvious problem with having preferences towards wrestlers, and the overbooking of said preferred wrestlers, with MIRAI being the biggest example of that. Rossy lives by the old mentality, and someone like SLK or AZM was never gonna win the red or white belt in Stardom with him in charge. I was sad when he got fired, but in hindsight, especially looking at Marigold, i'm happy he's gone (Taro Okada absolutely sucks though). Rossy has also done many good things: 2019 is my favorite year in the history of the company, and he was obviously in charge of that. But you could notice that, especially starting from 2022, he slowly started losing his touch. A 6, because he's responsible for so many great things that happened in this company from 2011-2019, so many great wrestlers debuted and got booked under him, but no higher than a 6 because of how much some wrestlers got held back by him, and how many questionable things he has booked. Overall i'm thankful for him creating Stardom and what he made it into, but it was time for a change. I just wish we got a better replacement."

[5.0] "Rossy has done some good stuff for wrestling but has also been a toxin to the puroresu industry. While most Japanese promotions (especially joshi) are usually more open to not being closed out to the rest of the puro world, Rossy is still stuck in these old locked in standards. Aside from that theres all his controversies with him seemingly being an old creep. Because of this Im conflicted how to rate him."

[10.0] "An underrated personality in the pro-wrestling industry. He's been in this business for longer than many in it have been alive. He is the founder of what is probably the best wrestling promotion in the world right now, Stardom, and Marigold is shaping up to be strong as well. Yes, he is a man who has some controversy. Rossy and Aja Kong had a falling out after starting ARSION together years ago over business matters. On the other hand, many others who have worked with him over the years are fiercly loyal. A segment of the pro-wrestling community deeply distrusts him due to his willingness to work with WWE. Regardless of what one might think of him personally, however, he is a solid booker, knows the business inside and out, and will be looked back upon as a legend."
