[7.0] "Robbie Eagles is a perfect undercard guy. He's got a pretty goofy look and some of his moves are pretty silly but he balances that out by being good at working a crowd and having some slick transitional game. He's one of those performers who could work as a singles star but he's just too useful as a supporting player to put the spotlight on for too long."

[9.0] "Man Robbie Eagles doesn't get the credit that he deserves. Every match he's in has had him be the highlight of it, and he's always over with the crowd. His technical work is just as sharp as his moveset and the way he moves is so damn good. Just all around a great Jr for New Japan. Hopefully he wins a BOSJ at some point because he deserves it."

[9.0] "Dude is one of my favorite wrestlers on the planet right now. Manifesting a BOSJ win for him. Everything is so smooth and crisp, and his recent teaming with Fujita has been awesome. Incredibly underrated, even with his getting some of his flowers recently."

[8.0] "A standout aussie wrestlers who's blend of submission offense & high-flying is so great to see in action! Has such swift & unique ways of targeting an opponents's limb! He's recently tandem with Kosei Fujita as Ichiban Sweet Boys has been great as they've both been accomplishing a lot of gold into the new year!"

[10.0] "Robbie Eagles is one of the best junior heavyweights in the world today. He has always been good, but when he joined TMDK he has elevated not only himself but Kosei Fujita as well. Together, the Ichiban Sweet Boys was born. The sniper of the skies is a sniper for a reason."

[9.0] "Robbie Eagles should be considered the ZSJ of the junior division, and in an ultimate timeline, Robbie should be a multi-time IWGP junior heavyweight champion already, but wtf. Obviously, I understand why this isn't the case, as Robbie Eagles' commitments in Australia are time consuming (as he owns his own wrestling school), and I realize that working full time for NJPW isn't the most sustainable option for everyone. Robbie Eagles is still dope tho, imo he's the best junior when it comes to raw ability, and he's had some motherfucking bangers in the past. I love Robbie a lot, but I'm gonna rate him an only a 9 because I'm a wanker I guess, or it's just because I think he hasn't properly been able to live up to his potential yet."

[9.0] "A very underrated wrestler that is able to work more than just a high flying style. I always enjoy getting to see him in matches and he's a great addition to the NJPW junior heavyweight division. He's the sort of wrestler I wish got featured more because he seems to always elevate his opponent, no matter who that might be at the time."

[6.0] "A couple of nice title runs in NJPW and a valuable part of the junior division. Can work a few different styles which lends to good matches more often that not, regardless of opponent."

He's versatile and could have a great match with a broomstick. The 2022 Best of the Super Juniors cemented Robbie as one of the best junior heavyweights in the world."

[10.0] "Eagles might be one of the most underrated wrestlers in the world in my opinion. He is an extremely crisp technical wrestler who connects well with the njpw crowds. However outside of that Robbie is one of those guys who makes everyone he wrestle look better. He is a fantastic all-rounder who is a lot better than a 7.7 rating."

[7.0] "Robbie Eagles just seems a bit bland to me. He can easily put on good matches with anyone though, I? m sure he? ll find something to make him stand out eventually."

[7.0] "NJPW's junior division didn't try to build too many new stars this year but Robbie did benefit from the thin roster, winning his first two Championships in the promotion. He had one of my favourite Jr Division matches against Hiromu in the MetLife Dome. He's a great all around performer, who plays a bit of a cheesy babyface but it works with the domestic crowd. Like all the best juniors, the division really needs him."

[8.0] "I really didn't like Robbie Eagles and didn't understand why New Japan was putting so much focus on such a bland wrestler, until I started warming up to him during his Junior Heavyweight title reign. But I was really impressed with him during the Best of the Super Juniors 28, he has a great blend of speed, high flying and technical (especially submissions) wrestling, which is rare, usually a lot of good wrestlers only exceed at one. He is still lacking in the charisma and character department though, which isn't the end of the world in New Japan, but if he doesn't develop it will hold him back from being one of the all time greats."

[7.0] "Robbie is a bit dull, but good overall. Maybe he needs a proper feud/nemesis within the wrestling world to give him some flavor (the way of Hiromu and Dragon Lee). I'm not sure why they picked him to be the new face of the junior heavyweight division in NJPW (which has been hemorrhaging tbh) but hopefully he does something to go beyond above average"

[8.0] "Even though Robbie Eagles isn't exactly young, I think there's a lot of potential he's about to realize as he just won the IWGP Jr. Heavyweight Championship. He's got a little more edge to him than your average high flyer that makes me think he could go beyond the Jr division at some point."

[10.0] "I can't hate this guy, it really is impossible. He isn't just a great face, he's also an incredible wrestler. I could give him a ten alone just because of his ability to sell through the match, and I love the way he works on the legs in matches. I think this dude is better than Ospreay, hard to believe, but damn... he's been on fire recently!"

[5.0] "A perfectly adequate midcard junior heavyweight is the perfect definition of Robbie Eagles. He can do great stuff in the indies, but in a major promotion like NJPW he's a fine midcarder: while perfectly competent all around he lacks the personality to be interesting and his in-ring skills and behavior don't set him apart enough to be noticed. Good wrestler who's booked about right for what he is."

[8.0] "People forgot him in my opinion. He is a really good worker but now we just dont see him anymore. Will ospreay was also a reason for him to get a good push because people like them both but now he is no more the guy that he used to be"

[9.0] "Fantastic wrestler, particularly sympathetic babyface. Robbie Eagles has been fine as a heel, but his strength is evidently in the babyface disposition. His value as a worker is probably an 8/10, but I'm bumping it up to a 9 because Robbie, outside of the ring, is a really cool and humble guy."

[6.0] "Robbie is a through-and-through smooth and sympathetic wrestler. He is consistently good in the ring and has been finding his voice more and more alongside Ospreay. All that said, while he is fundamentally sound and can have good-to-great bouts with the right opponents, he's no ring general, his fire feels contrived, and he simply lacks the charisma and intensity of a truly 'great' worker. At the ripe age of 29, we may have far more yet to see from Eagles, so none of this is a branding necessarily, but Robbie is going to have to dig deep if he wants to become more than just another guy lost in the shuffle of the greatest wrestling promotion in the world."

[7.0] "Eagles isn't the most exciting high-flyer around but he has a scrappy and creative twist to that style to make him stand out above the hordes of generic high-flyers on the indies and in other major promotions. His story of going from Bullet Club heel to Chaos babyface and tag partner of Ospreay was very cool, and I'm glad that we now get to have him show off his fantastically sympathetic underdog selling, since that adds another fun dynamic to his performances. I'm not sure I see Eagles becoming a future top guy in NJPW or any other company, but I definitely enjoy his performances and am eager to see him develop."

[8.0] "Rating based on my impressions of him during this year's BoSJ. Very athletically gifted and charismatic but I feel like he would work better as a babyface outside Bullet Club."

[9.0] "Robbie Eagles is spreading his wing right now. He fly high to the sky but he always land to his own land. He is very good high flyer and he also good with the crowd. He has pretty good match with fellow high flyer and his appearance in PWG is really helping him to spread his brand globally."
