Simply Luscious

[4.0] "Ronnie Stevens, known as Simply Luscious on ROH and as Nurse Veronica in NWA TNA, was one of the first women to compete on a ROH match. She was a part of The Prophecy, a stable formed by Christopher Daniels to gain control of ROH and eliminate the Code of Honor. Luscious was the manager of the stable and usually interfered on matches on behalf of her teammates, something that was uncommon at that stage of the company. Also she cut some promos at the video packages at the beginning or end of the shows, but they weren't great. She also wrestled sometimes, but not a lot due to ROH not having a women division. I don't think any of her singles matches even lasted five minutes, so there isn't a lot to talk about that. Later in the year 2002 she was filmed making out with Steve Corino, which lead to her bertraying Daniels and The Prophecy and joining The Group, the new faction created by Steve Corino to take control over ROH. After that she became a manager and a mouthpiece of Corino's faction. She wrestled on the I Quit Bunkhouse Brawl on Epic Encounter. After The Group disbanded, Stevens stop appearing except some ocassions when she walked with Corino to the ring, as she was his girlfriend in real life at that moment. She also had a really weird run on TNA. Her debut happened when she entered the ring dressesed as a nurse to help Traci Brooks on a couple of occasions. Later she joined Brooks and formed the Bitchslap, a faction that fought so women could fight in the ring with men. But instead of that they ended entering some catfights with April and Lollipop, two of TNA's dancers. That storyline never reached anywhere, so it was soon dropped and Stevens was never seen again on TNA. Neither one of this runs was particulary great and her role as a manager and mouthpiece on ROH wasn't great, mostly considering than on both groups other members could talk better. But she did what she could and had a decent role on early ROH as one of the first heel managers and was involved on some interesting storylines such as the rivalry between The Prophecy and The Group."
