[9.0] "His work as Mascarita Sagrada 2000 for AAA and his work since as Mascarita Dorada are bar none some of the most thrilling matches - high on showmanship and even higher on technique. In the minis divisions he was basically peerless for years. The El Torito ginmick may have been just that but gauge that crowd reaction and there is no question that even a limited version of his bag of tricks is a good time for the crowd. Catch him on the indie circuit if you can. Hes still great, just limited by field of other wrestlers his size who are on his level."

[8.0] "Okay if you are judging his career off of WWE how about you dont. If you were to show a non wrestling fan the most amazing and insane moments in wrestling from all over the world, when it comes to Lucha Libre youd be doing a disservice if you dont show them this Mini doing one of his extreme hurricanrana spots. He is a staple of Lucha libre and the most iconic and impressive mini of all time. And while El Torito was cool and fun while limited (mostly by only having Hornswoggle as an opponent), he also had been in the E years prior when they briefly had the juniors division & he was being built as the face of it."

[7.0] "(I judge based on his career in WWE) The best short-grown wrestler in WWE history. El Torito was really good at the ring and was more than a "comedy mascot" - he was a real wrestler, which makes him better than the Hornswoggle for example. At the same time, it is inspiring, it has shown that you can make your dreams come true and achieve a lot, no matter what you look like. I would love to see him at least one more time in WWE because he has shown that he can work with the best."

[9.0] "He is one of the best dwarf wrestlers. He offered some good matches there against Hornswoogle. He managed to make Epico and Primo entertain."

[10.0] "When he gets to wrestle and do promos he is really, super fun to watch with awesome high flying and he has one of my favorite matches of all at the Extreme Rules Kickoff with Los Matadores, Hornswoggle , 3MB in the Wee L Cee at Extreme Rules. Hornswoghle. Also watching his promo and under the ring stuff he is quite charismatic. WWE missed the boat on this guy."

[8.0] "It's not fair to rate him low as El Torito. It undermines the work he's done in Mexico, where he was one of the top mini-estrellas in the country. He won titles, and built a reputation as a real wrestler. And mini-estrellas are real wrestlers, not just comedy acts."

[7.0] "Entertaining character and a great worker. An obvious lack of competition doesn't make it easy for him to rate, but he still manages to get all eyes on him, even as a comedic personality."
