[5.0] "Going solely by their RoH/AEW work, I don't rate either of the Sons of Texas particularly highly. Beyond being somewhat below par in-ring for even the current Ring of Honor, the Sons don't bring a lot of personality or character work to the ring. Of the two, Marshall is easily the more interesting, but I'm not sure that isn't almost exclusively based on his no-shoes gimmick."

[5.0] "Well we can say with some confidence he is probably adopted because he is pretty crap and has none of the family genes."

[8.0] "Great future. I think he's probably more talented than his brother. They work well together though. Marshall is very athletic and oozes charisma. He's got good offensive moves but I don't think the Claw is going to work in 2018. I'd suggest dropping that. Also he's usually barefoot and I don't think it's a good look for him."

[8.0] "Green in the ring, but has potential to be great. Much better than his brother Ross, with greater charisma and better in ring ability. Actually looks like he enjoys what he does. Also has one of the most beautiful moonsaults I have ever seen. I can't agree just yet with the other commentator saying he's on the same level as undertaker, but I would love to see him venture off as a singles competitor. Hell, if he changed his name to something other than von erich I still believe his in ring would still have fans clamoring for him."

[8.0] "Very talented. A much better worker than his brother, Ross. Marshall Von Erich has the potential to be a major star in the industry and he's got the kind of charisma that his uncle Kerry had that draws people to him. I look for big things from him down the road."
