But now as the main heel guy and the DG champion, he has completely slowed down. He hasn't found himself as the main guy and definitely does not fit the role Dragon Gate wants him to be. In 2024, he's still a great and reliable worker that can work with a vast majority of the roster, has great speed, and is very explosive with how big he is, making him a pretty special individual. He also has great live show charisma. I hope Kikuta becomes one of Dragongate's greats."

[9.0] "Kikuta has done some of the best work of his young career in 2023 as a part of his Dream Gate run. His recent matches with Shun Skywalker, Big Boss Shimizu, and Mochizuki are genuinely great matches. He stands out on the Dragongate roster, being taller than the vast majority of the roster and with a power and explosivity to match Dragongate's long-standing hard hitters like Susumu. In addition to all that he still has that surprising speed that Dragongate alumni seem to learn regardless of size making him a unique fighter in most settings. Since gaining the championship, he's been accumulating more and more of a champion's swagger with each win. With Dragongate's crop of talented young wrestlers, the future of the promotion seems healthy and bright and I hope Kikuta gets a good run with the belt before it gets passed to the next person."

[7.0] "Solid but the monster push to become the youngest Dream Gate champion seem premature. While his stable mate Yoshioka has had some time in Mexico and worked with Mochizuki Dojo and RED for experience, I get the feeling it's too much too soon as with Ben-K's initial run. Due to his injury in his first title match with Shun, he's come back and suddenly become the champion. Only time will tell if he thrives like Shun or fails like Ben-K but at the moment, it's a massive gamble from Dragon Gate when you consider the progress of Yoshioka and the skill of other contenders like Kzy or Shun."

He was a bit bland as a face so I think the R. E. D. heel turn was the right choice for him. Incredibly talented, enough weight to pull off great power moves but still quick and agile. Really looking forward to seeing more of him in the next years."
