Lola Vice

[3.0] "Lola's 2025 campaign had her be the most over-pushed female talent on NXT, she's struggling to defeat narratives despite some steady progress. She is not yet ready to be the center piece of anything, let alone carry a storyline. Her recent attempts to adopt a "lucha" style appear forced and unnatural, with her moveset lacking impact. Often damage sponge in tag matches, she seems to be an enhancement talent rather than a star. Starting 2026, she will rely on Kelani to boost her performance, but currently if she ever sniffs anything main roster related, she'll resemble a combination of Shayna Baszler (Walmart Rhonda Drowsy) and Michin. Just another MMA "star" but hey this one can shake her ass. Hey Lola, you're in the wrong era. Nearly everyone on wrestling rosters (from WWE to AEW) has assets (Booker T & Canan really need to STFU in most women's matches), so Lola will need to learn better moves & for the love of god promo because she can't carry a solid storyline. Only storylines she played okish was 2024 with bestie Jaida Parker & for AAA why is her story (who was carried by Mr Iguana) basically repeat of Liv Morgan when Liv took Dom away from Rhea but heavily nerfed. Was hopping a twist of Mr. Iguana seeing right through her BS and stayed loyal to be different. I can't even credit her at all for No Mercy 2025 story since Jacy Jayne carried that & had literally had to bring up Lola's ass so Lola can have somewhat of rebuttal. Until Lola improves significantly, a demotion & removal from upper-card storylines should be in order and shine the spotlight on someone who actually is more put together like Thea Hail, Iron Survivor winner Kendal Gray if you go babyface route, and for heels excluding Fatal Influence you can go for Izzi Dame (who's got it from what she did to Tatum) or Nikkita Lyons (who's Lola but better character & moveset; just not as nible & without the Conan gooning but can hold her own ok)"

[5.0] "Decent in the ring but very, very rough on the mic. I feel like she lacks any sort of mic skills or charisma. I will say that she's impressed me a handful of times in the ring though, especially in that match against Roxanne Perez."

[4.0] "Tolerable to watch but not really particularly good at anything, not a great wrestler not exactly one for the mic and doesn't exactly make up for it by being an entertaining character like some others. If a 4/10 is 'adequate' on this site than she is very much a 4/10, you can stick her in a match and she won't hurt the quality too much but will do nothing to add to it. She's shown improvement for sure, she's gotten a lot more competent but it still feel like her main thing is well, shaking her butt."

[7.0] "This rating is for Lola as a heel. She came across as a naturally bitchy heel and looked like a convincing badass in the ring with her mma style. As a face the posing looks forced and the promo with fake crying she didnt before her match with Roxanne Perez was probably one of the worst promos Ive ever seen. So as a face shes probably be a 3 but turn her heel again and I can see her being a natural heat magnet if she turns on someone really popular."

[4.0] "An extremely overrated performer and I honestly think she does not belong in the ring with the current talent overshadows her very easily.Lola Vice is a fan favorite for one obvious reason she is the definition of eye candy and that's it. She has yet to have a memorable performance in her career she is still pretty new but I don't have high hopes for her."

[1.0] "simply average wrestler. In the ring, she often puts her opponents in awkward spots with taekwondo sequences that are nearly impossible to sell properly, and she doesn't seem to pay much attention though, for now, no injuries to report. As for her character, on paper it could've been interesting, but aside from shaking her hips... which apparently is enough for some people, since she still has a 7 out of 10 average a pretty good score. Personally, I'd give her a 4, ignoring the overall rating."

[6.0] "Honestly an example of a change of scenery helping a wrestler develop. She did not stand out on NXT but once the AAA partnership she got opportunities to shine more. Her legit combat sport background can be seen easily. She has charisma although not too sure about her mic skills as she rarely gets to cut promos. Still a lot of room to grow."

[3.0] "Nothing particularly impressive to me, her matches are fine, but nothing special in my opinion, her gimmick is kinda unclear in terms of what she's going for, and her promos are boring. Her strikes usually look good, and that's her only real upside in my opinion, which isn't enough to get me invested. She's being used relatively heavily and booked strongly, but I don't think she really has a place on the main roster women's division."

[5.0] "Very charismatic and a good look. But she's still lacking in ring ability beyond her cool quick kicks, and her character sucks, it's just her reminding everyone that she is in fact a Latina. Lola has potential, but she's pretty far away from reaching it."

[8.0] "Lola is very, very good for a crossover from MMA to pro wrestling. Knows how to get over, has a character, good in the ring, charismatic, her only weakness is mic skills, but when you have charisma, the most important thing in wrestling, bad mic skills can be overlooked, like RVD, Rey, and Jeff Hardy."

[5.0] "Not the best wrestler, after real competition showed she was exposed for her weaknesses. A good talent with a great look and eye candy, but mediocre without a good talent to follow and when the top women of NXT showed up, Lola lost her spot so quickly because she doesn't measure to others, a one trick pony who uses her MMA or her "assets" to get over but has no depth. Lola can't do a promo that isn't a latin charactecture, can never be serious, is always going back to her old gimmick, and can be very athletic but the same most women today are. True talent coming shows who in a roster were greats and who were just protected till someone who doesn't need it shows what great wrestling is, and Lola got exposed because of it."

[7.0] "Lola is very good with her kicks and punches, she has progressed incredibly since she debuted in NXT, she has that Latin seasoning that makes people keep watching her forever"

[6.0] "From her presentation and how she carries herself, it comes across as she's more focused showing off her body and dancing than actually showcasing her skills and tapping into her potential because more often than not I remember her for her look and her aesthetic appeal than her actual wrestling work, she's a pretty damn good fighter in mma she should kick more ass in wwe not shake it. ReReview I give her a 6 she's grown on me a little bit but still a bad promo"

[8.0] "I love the way she strikes and kicks and everything. She might need to work on that promo a bit, but she's got charisma to make up for it. I think she's got major potential with her unique MMA influenced style."

[6.0] "She's kinda cool in the ring but please can she just stop dancing 24/7, it's so annoying both as a face and as a heel. She has a lot of potential tho."

[5.0] "Came to the Fed with the shooter credentials from MMA but has remained consistently green in all her time with NXT. I just cannot see how her style and gimmick will translate onto the main roster but they probably know something I dont. Also that dance she does literally all the time is stupid."

[7.0] "She has "it" but she's not a face. She's a heel and only a heel. Her match against Roxanne was disappointing and it's hard to do in 2024. She still has tremendous potential."

[6.0] "As a face, I have no interest in this woman whatsoever to be honest. Her promo with Roxanne where she did all the fake crying was quite painful to watch. Her as a heel on the other hand is something that interests me. I think shes a pretty decent wrestler, her matches with Roxanne and Shayna were good. I think she has a lot of potential."

[8.0] "Lola Vice has been a good addition to NXT's women's division. She has a lot of charisma in the ring and I like her Taekwondo and MMA-inspired move set. I like that she adds that Latina flair instead of just being a stone-faced MMA fighter in a wrestling ring. They present her as a heel but no one really wants to boo her. Its not much reason too."

[8.0] "Lola has IT. Shes entertaining shes got good in the ring & has crowd presence as she knows how to get them on her side. Whether its with the die hard fan base of NXTs PC crowd or the arenas full of people Lola knows exactly how to control them. She can have banger matches shes hard hitting & has a huge personality. Shes been presented more serious recently so Im excited to see where she goes from here."

[10.0] "Love Lola Vice as a wrestler. NXT has done a great job the past few weeks building her up as a force to be reckoned within the female roster and world of professional wrestling, embodying a unique blend of attitude, skill, and raw talent inside the squared circle. Hailing from a background in MMA, Vice brings a gritty determination and technical prowess to every match, making her a formidable opponent for any challenger."

[4.0] "So far, nothing of value here and does not stand out among the women's division character wise. She would be much better off if they presented her as an actual fighter and focused on making her a Shayna type fighter, as the women's division is lacking serious fighters, rather than just presenting her as a professional twerker, which is a character that I doubt will get far."

[6.0] "Lola's got potential, a solid natural heel with an MMA background which leads to a cool moveset. In terms of matches I haven't seen enough to bump her up from 6 but her cash-in at Vengeance Day elevated that match. Would like to see her develop some grappling tendencies."

[6.0] "I think shes fine now. shes showing more aggression to her flamboyance (? ) and its making her alot more enjoyable. theres still some stuff left to be desired there but her charisma makes up for it. if she keeps going at it like she has, she will be fine"

[5.0] "She is not bad, but really needs a change. She is not a "latina", yeah she has Puerto Rican heritage, but she was born and raised in the U.S. dude she is from Miami, Florida... She tries to speak spanish but makes me cringe since she has no idea on how to do so, and then those dance and hip moves she does while doing her entrance lol, more than being sexy she makes me laugh, she really needs to stop doing that. Another basic chick just like Raquel Rodríguez, Elektra López, Rosa Mendes etc. that try to be "latinas" when they are not, it annoys. In-ring she is good but not great, and in mic she needs a lot of help. Hope WWE is not pushing her based on her looks cause yeah she has a great body and all, but it will be a complete flop once she is on the main roster, if she makes it, most likely she will be paired up with the "Latino World Order" or some Santos Escobar's stable... Very generic girl."

[7.0] "It is a little early to rate Lola Vice TBH, but I might as well give my thoughts. I think Vice (or Loureda) has every tool to become a massive star. To get the obvious out of the way she is hot and isn't shy about it. Her Miami Vice gimmick fits her flawless and she rocks it. But a great look only get you so far (remember Gigi and Nikkita and how they were suppose to be the next big thing because of their thick asses? ) In ring, she is probably one of the best currently in NXT. Her shoot experience is pretty obvious with her form and technique. Easily has some of the best work punches in the game. She doesn't seem stiff but they look convincing as hell. Plus she is extremely technically smooth constantly doing amazing switches and reversals into holds or submissions. With WWE pushing for more gymnasts and basketball players in their women's division, Lola being 5'4" and more technical/ground and pound will make her stand out. My only hang up is her promos which sometimes feel too forced. Maybe it is growing pains but that is what NXT is for. It is pretty clear HBK is high for her since he had her win the Breakout Contract and even though she lose it, she is still being featured a lot and putting on fantastic matches. Honestly I wouldn't mind WWE calling her up to Raw since the Raw women's division sucks at the moment. Shoot have her join Andrade like when Zelina was with him a few years back. (As a sidenote I hope she does team up with Elektra again despite their breakup) So to summarize, Lola is hot, great gimmick, great in ring and ok on the mic. A bit early to tell but she has a high floor"

[6.0] "It is funny that she has been given such a high score but I am gonna be honest and say that it is a biiiit to early. She kind of decent though, despite being new in wrestling she has been doing a good job both in ring and in promos, with time she could even be in the main roster."

[5.0] "Lola Vice is adequate at best currently. Her wrestling style is getting there, but her promos need major work. Clearly, she is meant to be a star if they have already given her the Breakout Tournament winner while she is not spending much time inside the company. A lot of people are already overrating her, just like they did with Nikkita Lyons, not even by her wrestling style but instead by her "look" as a star. Her tag team with Elektra Lopez is just another generic heel tag team where they both help each other to cheat victories; there is nothing ideally special about the pairing. Slightly a bit overrated on this website for now though."

[9.0] "1 year wrestling and wow. her technique, strikes, and especially her kicks are amazing. She's definelty gonna a big star on NXT and can't wait to see her improve more and have longer matches."

[8.0] "She's talented and beautiful while her promo skills need work she has excelled in the ring and has so far exceeded expectations when it comes to MMA stars venturing into pro wrestling. Her tag team with Elektra Lopez is entertaining but i can't see them winning any sort of tag team championships at this point in time."

[8.0] "Great athlete who will be a great wrestler and will be in my opinion onf the best MMA to Wrestling girls to ever make the transfer! She has been getting better every single match in the months that she has been in the company co.peting with Level Up and on the main NXT show. Now she is on the finals of the breakthrough tournament in which I think Kelani Jordan is going to win but it will be a great showing for both of them."

[6.0] "Lola is one of the most natural MMA turned into wrestlers I've seen, with less than a year she's already really solid in the ring, her kicks are definitely hard hitting, her entrance and her looks are great, now in her alliance with Elektra she's showing more personality. Right now I'm giving her a 6 because she hasn't many matches yet but I'm sure I'll be updating this ranking very soon."

"With less than 20 reported matches, don't think I can yet justify a rating for Valerie Loureda. But of what I have seen, she appears to be adapting to wrestling at a good pace, drawing on nice strikes from her MMA days. Also looks like a star, and seems to get the 'assignment' as she clearly has some charisma and was already establishing a heel character soon after debuting. I'd say she's one to watch in developmental."
