Victoria was the full package and with one of the most iconic finishers of all time it was such a shame how she was treated she deserved to be one of the main stars during her time. And the most disappointing part is she is still not in the hall of fame she deserves her flowers and I hope one day she can at least be inducted into the hall of fame."

Other than that, the Women's division was effectively T&A with Lawler being a pervert uncle on commentary. Victoria was a very obvious step up and tried her best to elevate her opponents. Best as a mental heel, the Tatu theme was memorable. Impressive moveset and Widow's Peak a great finisher."

[10.0] "EASILY the best wrestler during the dark days of female wrestling being a piss break. The word underrated is used in a lot of context that shouldn't be used, but Victoria was really underrated. I think she was never utilized to her full extent and she deserved some longer matches"

[9.0] "Victoria aka Lisa Varon is, in my opinion, one of the best female talents of all time behind Trish and Lita. She had fantastic size, ability and sex appeal and displayed great versatility in the ring with a mix of power and athleticism. She was another one who was able to actually achieve more success outside of WWE even though she had 2 lengthy runs with the WWE Woman's Championship where she was a perfect foe for Trish Stratus to try to get one over on. I found her second run to be a bit more memorable though because she was able to show off her talents as a babyface and you had that excellent match with Molly Holly at Wrestlemania 20. For whatever reason, she was never given another opportunity to be a major player in the WWE Woman's division and was relegated to having to play second and third fiddle to less talented workers like Candice Michelle, Kelly Kelly, Michelle McCool till she left the company for greener pastures in 2009."

[10.0] "Victoria is one of the best wrestlers of all time, she was a giver, make everyone look great, and also make herself look great, amazing character, super sweet person, the bussines need more people like her, she deserves more flowers that she had recive, I hope she goes to the Hall of Fame sooner than later."

[7.0] "Trish Stratus was probably the most popular Women's wrestler in the WWF when they were trying to resurrect the division from the ashes of the Russo Era, but Victoria was my personal favorite back then. She had the crazy shtick down and in some ways was a better worker than Trish, Jazz and Molly."

[8.0] "Lisa Marie Varon, known as Victoria and Tara in the wrestling world, was a really good powerhouse wrestler, especially in her early WWE run, where she also had great chemistry with Steven Richards. Her TNA run was also solid, having good matches with Mickie James, Awesome Kong, and Gail Kim. Her only real flaw was her mic skills, but when portraying a crazy character, that was actually a positive."

[10.0] "One of wrestling's sexiest looking faces, mmmm Lisa Marie Varon! *sexy growls like Homer Simpson* Started in the fitness expo scene and was total dynamite there! When I saw her as a "ho"; the wheels in my head started to turn and I recalled her, hoped she would make the transition to wrestling and boy did she ever! A true over achiever, a hidden highlight on many dire RAW's. She demolished her knee at some point but still wrestled with a brace for the rest of her career cuz she is a total badass. Helped refine Trish Stratus and vice versa, helped elevate women's wrestling overall at that point by again: over achieving. Impressive power move repertoire and execution. As Victoria she also shined around Halloween by always having the best costumes. I never caught much TNA but when I did, she seemed to fit in marvelously and I definitely liked "Tara, the creepy spider obsessed chick". We dock points for the way she would often (over)sell (practically any)punches, but its the only flaw we can ever point out! Great stuff to be found here. 9.75 rounded up."

[8.0] "A formidable athlete. He knew how to be expensive, he knew how to be heels. It was good without a ring, without a microphone. It was funny and also knew how to be scary. One of the pioneers of the WWE women's revolution. It was impeccable Victoria."

[8.0] "Love Victoria. She was a pioneer in womens wrestling, and was against the grain as a diva. She had a very unique look, moveset and was so much fun to watch. She was a powerhouse diva, and was very intimidating in the ring. Her finisher always looked viscous and matched her moveset perfectly. She gave a lot to the business and its sad that the end of her wwe career was mostly putting over fresh talent and new divas. But we also got to see a lot of funny moments with her during that time(the banana/sumo costume for instance). But she will almpst always be best remembered for her iconic psycho gimmick, that gave us great moments and matches. I will always love and respect Lisa/Victoria/Tara for being one of the best Divas."

[6.0] "I really like Tara but I think she's definitely a tad overrated on this site. She had a great moveset and I always enjoyed her intensity, but her matches usually weren't that noteworthy. I think the greatest match she probably ever had was against Awesome Kong, which was good but not exceptional. In the end, Tara was a pretty good wrestler, and amongst all the other bimbos on the WWE roster during her tenure there, she was comparatively great. Her hard work ethic also paved the way for women with actual talent to find success in the industry, rather than just models."

Amazing talker and highly charismatic, can be a psycho, calculated villain, hilarious, bubbly babyface, a sexy vixen, or an all around bad ass, on top of being incredibly talented in the ring. She deserves more props than she's been given, cause she was better than a lot of the women that she took the pins for. Wish she was in her prime in this current era, cause there's so many match combinations that would suit her so well."

It? s so satisfying to see her wrestler in the ring, to look at her, and to osbserver how simple and fluid everything is for her. Victoria has never been disappointed, she deserves more recognition from WWE and TNA."

But people like Victoria helped fans start to realize that women's wrestling didn't need to be seen as purely a bathroom break. I liked when she initially came in & had more of a "crazy" gimmick. But she kind of transitioned into just being a regular girl & a lack of a solid identity hurt her in the long run. Well... I guess she did ramp up on the gimmick side of the spectrum in TNA when she loved spiders for some reason? Regardless... an above average in ring talent at the time who never had an exceptional connection to the audience due to a lack of character."

[9.0] "Victoria is in the same boat as Beth Pheonix in that she's a fantastic all around wrestler but she sadly wrestled in a time when women's wrestling was seen and portrayed as nothing more than a sexy halftime show. I was very pleased to see her high rating on here as she truly is one of the most underrated women's wrestlers in my opinion."

[8.0] "Victoria was another wrestler who was overlooked because of the dismal state of the Women's division. I think she could have had some great matches if she was in her prime now. Her mic skills weren't phenomenal, but she could be an entertaining foil to the more pretty and cutesy Divas that WWE kept pushing out over and over and over. Compared to some of them, she was a godsend."

I truly felt bad when her contemporaries left and she was the last one standing that was only used to job to make the inexperienced girls look good. I have to admit, was never a fan of the "Tara" TNA stuff, to me she will always be crazy Victoria. Wish she would have been invited to participate in the Rumble, and deserves a spot in the hall of fame someday."

[8.0] "Victoria is one of the best female wrestlers with great moves and so much charisma, she could do every character that they put on her that she do it perfect, her mic skills aren't that good but she compensate that in the ring and it's sad to see how WWE not treated her how she deserved including surviving in the Divas Era where it was only a bunch of eye candy, her arsenal of moves is awesome and it's sad that she's older today and will not wrestle so much and show the world what she's made of, one of the greatest in the ring and the real life."

[9.0] "Tara is one of the best wrestlers in the world, and there is no denying that. She is incredibly talented, strong and surprisingly acrobatic, and is the total package in both the ring and on the mic. One of the best female wrestlers in the world."

She put on fantastic in-ring performances against the best (and worst) Divas and Knockouts the industry had to offer. She's entered semi-retirement to become a restaurateur, but she was without a doubt one of the best of her generation."

From her booty popping and dancing in 2004 to her feud with Christy Hemme in 2005, to her "Kill Bill" checklist gimmick in 2007 to bringing a pet tarantula with her to the ring in TNA in 2009, Victoria does herself well with keeping her character in check and trying something new a little out. The Widow's Peak is probably one of the greatest finishers of all-time."

[10.0] "Truly a total package performer, Victoria/Tara/Lisa could take on any role required of her, whether a physically-overpowering heel, psychotic woman, or goofy babyface. Has the in-ring skill, looks and physique, and comedic timing to make any of it work. One of the unsung heroines of women's wrestling in the 2000s and 2010s. Since leaving TNA she wrestled once in HOH in 2013 and has made a few non-wrestling appearances in ROH and other indies; while her career may be winding down I do hope we'll see her back on TV for at least a few more matches at some point."

[8.0] "I have always been a huge fan for Lisa Marie Varon, aka Victoria, aka Tara, she is a consumate performer. She is an almost perfect blend of power, athletism, and technique. Her moveset is quality and the Widows Peak is one of the best finishers of all time this side of the Stone Cold Stunner and GTS. She is also like a chameleon when it comes to her gimmicks, transforming herself from a psycho, to a girl next door. She never radically transfroms herself as there are always elements to her character that stay with her. The perfect example of this is her spider motif, the black widow gimmick is the core of her character. Though like a translucent spiders web there are many patterns of light illuminating from her character. I would only fault Tara for not expanding her horizons, as she never really faced more deverse competition outside of her comfort zone;be it WWE or TNA. As competative of a spirit as she has, you'll not likely see her in Shimmer or Shine. Though all in all Lisa Marie Varon should be regarded as a true inspiration both inside and outside the squared circle."

She started wrestling later on (in her late 20s) and became successful at it (Showing that goals, dreams & hopes of success shouldn't end if you don't start them before you're 25), has solid careers outside of wrestling, has intelligence and personality, and has aged incredibly well (looking better at 40 than at 30)."
