[4.0] "He just fine isn't he? Like aggressively so. You don't really want to see him ever in a singles match but he was basically inoffensive tucked away in some lower card tag team."

[6.0] "A good big man who works well within a tag team or stable. NXT Ascension looked like a dominant tag team, but their main roster run buried them. He has rebounded well in TNA as a reliable big man. Overall, his in-ring skills are solid and when he is allowed to show it, he does have charisma."

[6.0] "A decent powerhouse who has been on a WWE contract for a long time, becoming a member of both Ascension lineups, but most of the time being a jobber. Now he's got another chance by signing a contract with Impact Wrestling and joining Deaner and he looks pretty good, even though he's over 40."

[6.0] "Kon's time in WWE, despite what some might say, was the highlight of his career. I really miss the Ascension, especially when they were in NXT. Kon is now in Impact as a member of the Design, and although I don't see him winning any titles (unless he somehow wins the tag gold), he looks great as the meat of the group. That's the role he should always play in any company, as it seems to be the only role that fits him."

[5.0] "Konnor was the meat of Ascension using power moves rather then technical moves. He had limited talking time or really any character other then his outfit and face paint, I kind of miss him and Victor."

[6.0] "Konnor is pretty good. Despite being big, he is decent in the ring and was really good as the big man of the team. Unfortunately, Vince didn't push them on the main roster even though they were talented."

[5.0] "Like his tag partner, he definitely has some skill that he simply can't show well due to his jobber role but even if he got a huge push I doubt he could exceed a 7/10."

[2.0] "I try update wrestlers rating every year , so i don't think about their past , i just think about their 1 last year , i know promotions can make wrestlers years worst or awesome too but it is what it is..... So at 2018 till now is another worse year for Konnor and Viktor too , so don't expect me i give him high rate ! i know they had their empire in NXT but past isn't matter at this point."

[6.0] "Konnor is the lower part of the Ascension but is still pretty decent. He plays his roll of being the bigger man of a tag team pretty well. He has some pretty good power moves he can do well also. He lacks on the mic and doesnt have enough charisma. Overall I think he can be a solid mid carder if their tag team splits."

[3.0] "The Ascension managed to get over in NXT largely due to their booking in a series of squash matches. Sure, they can run around the ring and throw power moves for four minutes, but they really can't do much more of that. Konnor is the weaker of the two, as a speaker and as a wrestler, and some of his moves look worryingly dangerous. When he's not booked as a beast, his glaring weaknesses become more than obvious -- and after failing a drug test, it's miraculous that one of the worst non-giant workers on the roster has yet to be released."

[8.0] "I've watched Konnor's career for about 5 years so I've seen his FCW stuff, his NXT seasons 4 and 5 stuff, and all of his times in every Ascension incarnation in developmental and on the main roster, so those who only took notice of him on the main roster currently wouldn't know that he's more talented than he's made out to be on TV these days. Sure he may not be good on the mic all the time in today's version of The Ascension and especially back when he was doing the rat gimmick in his early FCW days and on NXT season 4, but when his voice is toned down and he's himself cutting promos, he's pretty good. Not only that but Konnor's not a bad worker either. For the most part his moves in the ring look really good and dominant especially when he's a tag team wrestler."

[1.0] "I don't understand the good remarks the Ascension has. The team got buried by the NWO, DX one time on Raw in 2015 just as the team MIGHT of had a welcoming start to the company. The spiky shoulder pads and attire the group has is also nothing but, a complete Legion Of Doom ripoff. No promise here."

[8.0] "While O'Brian's weaknesses become more prominent without Cameron, as a singles wrestler, Conor O'Brien is still pretty good. He is a larger man who can move very well, and is the perfect brawler. Everything about his wrestling style, and look fits the monster archetype in pro wrestling."
