[6.0] "Joel Redman, also known as Oliver Grey, is a tricky case. You either like him or hate him apparently. I personally thought that he was an alright technician who, when paired with the right opponent, could absolutely deliver in the ring. But, he didnt have good chemistry with a lot of people, and that made him unbearable to watch at times. Still, I think he has been overall decent."

"In my opinion, the guy is a good wrestler. He's good. Not great. He spent a couple years in NXT and he's been wrestling for a while but he hasn't gotten paid his due and I think there's a good reason for that."

[2.0] "For an individual who has been wrestling for well over a decade, it's a sad indictment of Redman's ability, or lack thereof that he wrestles like someone who is barely out of wrestling school. And that's with two years spent in NXT. No wonder he got cut."

[9.0] "Joel Redman, excels in aggression. Actually, he is aggression personified. Ultra professional, until the action starts, when Joel will tye you up, and throw you around. Reminds me of a much larger Chris Beniot. There is no way to fault Joel's in-ring performances, as he is faultless; however, he could do with a little more charisma; which sadly was brought to light in NXT, and TNA UK Boot Camp, where his promos didn't hit the mark. However, he has had some success in NXT, winning the tag team titles (first ever). With Joel back in the UK, it's very hard to look past him as the best british independent wrestler NOT signed to a contract in terms of in-ring prowess."
