He has excelled as being both a tag team and singles guy while also being very crisp and precise in the ring and having some of the most snappy kicks I've seen in wrestling. Also has fit in and done well in just about every group he's been in while also doing great at the roles he's been given in storylines. Underrated when it comes to switching up his look as well and it's interesting to see where he takes his inspiration from especially as a heel. Truly one of the more under appreciated guys in DG as well as wrestling in general."

[8.0] "From first seeing his run in the WWE CWC to his early days in Dragon Gate, I always found Jason entertaining and had a soft spot for him and MaxiMuM as a super group as a whole. His work and storyline in Masquerade along with Shun's obsession over his allegiance was a real breakout moment for him. While I was sad he didn't join Kzy and the Natural Vibes guys for the long haul, he's really come into himself as a heel. As with many Dragon Gate names it's easy to get lost in the shuffle and to join multiple stables with little to no impact. Jason and Jacky Kamei formed a great team and clashed with Diamante and Shun in what should have been a long feud. Shaking off the Kung Fu Masters cheesy gimmick when turning heel has really allowed Jason to grow. I'm not sure if he will ever have a Dream Gate run but his stock in recent years has certainly risen and hopefully continues to do so."

His WWE appearances may have made him come off as weak to the American circuit, but in Japan, this is almost as good as it gets if we're talking juniors."

[10.0] "The lower ratings seem to be mostly old reviews, because I don't know how you could look at Jason Lee over the past couple years and not realize he's currently one of the best junior heavyweights in the world. He's acclimated perfectly to the DG style, his offense is crisp and snappy, and he's even had a few storylines where he's shown a lot of pathos. Whatever people didn't see in him before, give him another look."

[7.0] "Jason continues to improve the more that DG pushes him. His speedy movement and selling are all very impressive, and his strikes are very unique with the almost martial-arts-inspired way that he delivers them (which isn't surprising given his background is apparently in kung fu). Jason has been restricted to Twin Gate and Brave Gate reigns/challenges for the current extent of his DG career, but I don't even see this as a negative, since a promotion can't just throw all their talented guys into the main-event scene, and Jason is one of the guys who helps make those midcard matches as thoroughly enjoyable as they are. He's not someone I can foresee ever becoming anything near a 'top star' in DG, since he really doesn't have a look or style that I can see ever being amazing enough to deserve reaching that height, but he's perfectly good where he's currently at. He definitely deserves more attention in the Brave Gate division, but then again DG is so stacked with fantastic, young talents that sadly some people have to be passed over in favour of others."

[7.0] "Pretty good kicker and technical wrestler. His body and charisma are just made for the underdog role, Jason fit it too perfectly. If he will progress just like he do in the last few years Lee could become a top star of Dragon Gate, or Brave Gate division at least. Talented and hardworking dude with nice personality, what else do you want from underdog?"
