"I was quite young when Foley was active so rating his in ring work for me is not possible. His management of the Dynamite Kid in his prime, however, was brilliant. Foley was a real character, and one the fans loved to hate. He was great on the mic too. I will always remember him in his gruff voice British voice saying "We are having a party tonight Ed Whalen, and you aren't invited. " Comedic gold."
