"I've got to hand it to him, he took an utterly ridiculous gimmick and ran with it anyway. Gooker 4 lyfe."

[9.0] "Call me crazy, but I genuinely appreciate Hector Guerrero as The Gobbledy Gooker. While his debut promo ("You're The Gobbledy Gooker? ", available on Cagematch) is very... atypical, I liked it. I liked seeing a giant egg on a platform, I liked seeing Gobbledy dancing with Mean Gene, and Hector does a good job. Clearly, the crowd (mostly adults) applauded awkwardly and forcedly, which is understandable since they were expecting something more serious and therefore couldn't appreciate the comic relief and slightly silly antics. It's worth noting that Hector showed agility when he entered the ring. Someday, people will appreciate The Gobbledy Gooker and even more so Hector Guerrero (if they don't already)."

[7.0] "Hector Guerrero worked hard to build his technique of comedy/technical wrestling. No one will understand how good comedy wrestling can be perfect. Until Gobbledygooker. His america experience was just under a bird outfit and decent Spanish commentary in TNA."

[8.0] "Hector was something of the "proto-Eddie Guerrero". Even though not much time or age separate the two careers, it is clear that the bulk of Eddie's look and ring style was a tribute/building upon what his older brother began to establish. There is an artful intensity to Hector and his manner in the ring, quite aggressive but it all looks so poetic. His style lent itself perfectly to heel or face runs and could make anything (anyone) work ~ ring any bells upstairs dear reader? A class all to their own the Guerrero's where and are and any tag team with any family member comes with high recommendations. Flaws? Spent the bulk of his career outside of hot territories/tv, so almost everything is a "hidden gem" that you gotta really search for. The Lazer Tron stuff is a guilty pleasure, that outfit was too much."
