Good for him but I was in the military and law enforcement and going back to NXT would be like going through boot camp or the academy again."

Ever since his call-up in 2023, I certainly can't name one thing he's done other than being a friend to Austin Theory and it seems, that's now out the window with Theory being in The Vision now. And that's not necessarily his fault. He's a pretty good worker all things considered. Just needs that extra "oomph" to really breakout as a star."

I could sit here and blame it on the WWE's restrictions to their talent's wrestling styles, but let's be honest, it wouldn't make sense because he was trained and bred by that company. As a promo, he's pretty generic, sticking to the average heel's schtick of "This town is nasty, " or "Your sports team sucks." People praise him for being 'legitimately annoying, ' and that's because he's always parading on social media, playing up his generic heel persona. It takes no talent to do that. Very overrated."
[8.0] "This guy bleeds heel! He is great on the mic, gives you that real love to hate smugness and has a great look! His in ring ability is strong too, and whilst it needs some fine tuning at times, I've not seen a bad performance from him. His work with Bron in NXT was fantastic, and whilst limited to the lower card at the moment, there is certainly time for him to boost up again."
[5.0] "He is an absolutely fantastic chicken **** heel in my opinion. He's very easy to dislike (in-terms of a wrestling character), but his in-ring stuff leaves a lot to be desired in my opinion. His attire isn't great, his ability as a wrestler isn't great, but man... the minute he opens his mouth, it's so easy to "hate" him. Reminds me a lot of The Miz actually, somebody who wasn't great in-ring either but was very easy to dislike as a character. As of writing, Waller is 34 now... I really do not see a future in which this guy manages to take it up a level and become a huge star, but he is capable of being a very great heat magnet for midcard wrestlers and titles."

His good mic skills and repartee, as well as his acting when it comes to being verbally demolished by more intimidating Faces or Heels makes him entertaining, but that's where it ends."

Grayson seems to not trust his opponents like others do, especially while working with Austin Theory, who is very decent at these kinds of things. There are some things he does like watch someone run at him when he's supposed to be surprised by their appearance. A bit unprofessional and a little anti-kayfabe of him. He is decent in the ring, thus not a lower score, but hoping he improves and makes these things less obvoius. Then, I'm sure we'll be getting a higher score."
[8.0] "I love this guy and his slimy antics. He's a fantastic heel and has been making magic ever since his time on NXT. The comparisons to Miz are understandable and should be seen as a compliment. His pairing with Austin Theory works really well and has helped reinvigorate Theory's main roster gimmick. They look great with the new World Tag Team titles. Grayson is great."

No, Waller can actually wrestle, and being that he's from Australia, you know how damn good the in-ring workers are there thanks to trainers there like Damien Slater and Robbie Eagles. Definitely either a future NXT champion of some sort or a success story on the main roster if used right."
