[3.0] "Ed Gantner had some definite unrealized potential. Had a good look and size, even not factoring his steroid use, and a good power base. He certainly could have been developed into a solid midcard powerhouse, and who knows, perhaps even farther. Unfortunately his use of steroids was so extreme that it led to his health deteriorating quickly and forced him to retire after only two years in the business, and continued health issues likely contributed to his taking his own life a few years after that. A sad story."
