When I first saw Jackson Drake's gimmick in WWE, it felt like a cheap knockoff of the Dolph Ziggler and Shawn Michaels type of obnoxious, flamboyant heel. That said, he leans into the bit so hard that the heat quickly went from "go away" to "I want to see this guy defeated". That's money right there - especially with how blown away I am every time I see Jackson Drake wrestle."

[8.0] "A very promising young talent. He's very young so I'm not making up any hopes yet, but for his age he already seems to have a very good comprehension of wrestling and he should continue improving at the rate he has."

[10.0] "Besides maybe Sean Legacy, I believe that if Evolve's most recent run has produced a star it is most definitely Jackson Drake. He is shockingly young and it shows in how quick he moves and in his youthful appearance but his in-ring quality doesn't reflect his age. He is also very competent on the mic and could easily be an NXT champion in the next year or even a believable midcard champion on the main roster as he is so talented. The Carolina Reaper and the Vanity Project are all charming gimmicks and it's refreshing to see someone so young in the wrestling business have themselves so figured out."

[8.0] "Nice prospect who has a ton of potential. He has exciting offense, and good technical abilities. His heel work as part of the Vanity project has been very good. He has all the pieces so just need to see how far he can go."

[6.0] "The most interesting male prospect I've seen in the new Evolve. Nice technician moves, nice highflying moves, cool name, cooler nickname, nice heel personality, nice look, but none one of those things fits the others. He could be pretty good once he figure out who he is as a wrestler."

[6.0] "At this state in Drake's career, he has so much potential. Having seen his work in DPW & how vastly versatile he is in-ring from grappling to high-flying; Drake is a solid performer! My only gripes are his looks & character. He definitely a heel (simply based on how smug he looks). However, looks can take him so far and getting that strong foundation of character & promo-work will benefit him in his trajectory and being a WWE ID Prospect, utilize the resources given to him and he'll achieve so much that he deserve!"

Sometimes his fights are a bit too exaggerated for the venu of the event and he seems to be burning too many resources at a very young stage of his career and not in front of a large audience, but this is a mistake that almost all legends made at the beginning. Especially Will Opsrey. In any case, it will improve with experience. 10 out of 10."
