[10.0] "I don't know why this guy is not working for a major promotion like WWE, TNA, AEW, as a commentator. Dave Prazak is one of the best commentators in wrestling history."

[2.0] "I'm not rating him as a promoter, as it would be a lot higher than this. Strictly as a commentator, I cannot stand him. His voice is grating a lot of the time, his knowledge of moves is about average, but the emotion he carries is the biggest problem. He would call finishers in some of the most flat, no-emotion calls I've ever heard and then would get hyped over the dumbest things. Watching back any & every ROH match he commentated is genuinely such a hard thing to do and he actively drags down the matches for me. So glad he got replaced by Kelly Kelly (who I also don't like either)"

[10.0] "Dave Prazak is one of my top 10 favorite commentators of all time. Watching IWA Mid-South and hearing his commentary makes me enjoy the shows more. Amazing commentator."

[10.0] "One of the greatest promoters of the last two decades, some of the talent he's cultivated through SHIMMER have gone on to great mainstream success. Prazak is also a hilarious commentator, and he's managed some of the biggest names in wrestling, among them CM Punk, Bryan Danielson, Chris Hero and Shingo Takagi."

[7.0] "Dave Prazak was a very underrated manager, and he is a great commentator. Prazak also deserves praise for his efforts to promoter women's wrestling in the US as a serious athletic endeavour."

[9.0] "My favorite indy wrestling commentator of all time, I could sit through the longest, worst show ever as long as Prazak was on commentary. His ROH stuff was purposely tamed down and therefore less noteworthy to me, but his run in IWA Mid South and other independents was just terrific."

[4.0] "As a promoter, the man has done a lot for women in wrestling, so he deserves high praise and respect for that. As a commentator... I've never liked him. His reedy voice and utter lack of personality add nothing to the match. A lot of great ROH matches are brought down by the poor commentary. I'm glad he got replaced by Kevin Kelly."
