[10.0] "I've seen him twice now. Great in ring, high-flying type moves but he can sell heavier moves occasionally. Good interaction with his opponents - him and Izzy James recently were great. I do personally like his look; sure he's not super wrestly-buff-like, but, whatever. The alt look is good on him and gives a bit of credence to him biting/punching etc. his opponents. An update: got to see his first dog collar match (a four-way rat king dog collar match) and it was fucking spectacular. Dude did a sick ass splash off the hood of a food-truck bus, and handled the entire match really well for his first go around. I also had the pleasure of talking to him a little at the merch table and he's a super nice guy."
[3.0] "Terrible look: I get the alt-fashion shtick and whatnot but the dude has zero definition and doesn't even look like he's sniffed a gym in the last three years. Darby has that same vibe but he's actually shredded and at least looks like he's trying to get a aura off, this dude wrestles in the shirt and just seems to be skinny-fat when not wearing one. He's not a ring general, he can't wrestle any other style outside of mindless flippy spot-fests, and shows absolutely zero progression from the last few years; nearly every match he's in is the exact same. Osprey at least mixed things up and sold, Ricochet had a incredible look and pretty much mastered the style he was going for. Leon by comparison has neither of these and defaults to zero-psychology spotfests to consistently keep away from actually structuring the match any. Might have been interesting in 2008, but by this point we've seen far better, including in NOAH (Legacy, Wolf/Tiger and Mack respectfully). Dire."
[2.0] "Off the top of my head, I can not think of a weaker wrestler in a top level promotion. He can do something that looks cool in a gif then it looks like he just doesn't know what he is meant to do next. He has had loads of experience and often in with people who are actually good so you would think he would have started to learn how to stitch a match together but nope. Awful look too. The culture in wrestling these days is so much healthier and better in almost every possible way except for the fact that the likes of Dante Leon don't get chased out the second they strap on a pair of boots."
[7.0] "Overall, a solid high flyer with an extremely unique look. His excursion in NOAH has done him wonders, not to mention the incredibly fun matches he's had in GCW with the likes of Ninja Mack. I'm hopeful that the future is bright for Dante Leon."
