"[3/10] Only venerated because she has been a member of a certain fed for a protracted long time, & the most cursory glance of her matchguide rankings all decade prove this. She is boring in-ring & has been boring for years. Boring, unoriginal spooky character that I would have stopped caring about well before her time in TNA started; her promos consist of nothing more than her maniacally laughing & screaming & generally being a banshee with no real rhyme or cohesion. She has only shown the ability to be brilliant at sporadic intervals or in hardcore matches & when I see her heading to the ring on any random Impact I know I won't be missing anything, because her selling has become utterly awful & she's become inordinately slow with age, despite not even being particularly large-figured or old. With the exception of the Sienna match where she lept off the cage or (((maybe))) her hardcore match with Masha on a good sunny day I can't remember a single time I've watched her where I've been invigorated with any positive emotion to speak of, ever. As mentioned, he never gets better. Only good in hardcore matches."

[5.0] "Rosemary does passable work, but has never done anything to excite me. She seems to have hit her ceiling pretty early on into her TNA run and I doubt she rises above the level she is currently at. There's really not more I can say about her."

[3.0] "Rosemary can sometimes be a colorful character, but not when she's in makeup. In the sense that, for the most part, her performances when she was in that look are associated with me as Aunt Cringe. She has a pretty caricatured and cringe character, and her promos mainly consist of growling, snarling, and the crazy person's annoying laughter. When she's without makeup, she's pretty decent. But again, she's bad in the ring; the only thing I can respect is that she participated in hardcore matches. But for me, this wrestler and her rating make me think of introducing the wrestling community to the term "Miz Syndrome." It's not something offensive. More like a strange phenomenon, both with Miz and Rosemary. A wrestler is praised for some brilliant acting, although honestly, her acting is weak and poor. A wrestler is praised for having a genius gimmick, but in reality, they just have a cookie-cutter gimmick (which you can't turn into a top star), like "Annoying Hollywood Host who gets punched in the face for provocations" and "Aunt Cringe." Wrestlers are praised for cool matches built on certain foundations and for in-ring psychology, but in fact, they just put on bad matches, and they don't really understand how to manage their moveset. Of course, I can't objectively rate Rosemary as low as I rated The Miz, because I haven't seen her entire or most of her career. But I've seen enough to make this kind of judgment about her as a wrestler. I've seen most of Miz's career, how he started off well and promising, and what kind of fall he ended up in. And again, Rosemary without makeup looks pretty good as a character."

[3.0] "I'm one of the rare TNA fans who just doesn't like Rosemary, unfortunately. I find her screaming to be annoying, rambling promos boring, and she doesn't really make up for it in the ring. You won't really see her botch, and I respect that she stuck by TNA during the dark days - but I just don't feel positively towards her as a wrestler/character. There's only so many times I can hear her talk about "the hive" or "the shadows" and then yell at the screen, before I wonder why I'm not fast forwarding."

[4.0] "I've always found it difficult to buy into Rosemary. Even considering supernatural characters - someone like The Fiend worked for me. Bray felt like he treated the character with respect & nuance & wasn't simply being a silly goof. That's what Rosemary has always seemed like to me - someone who's playing a character. Not someone who IS that character. I also don't like her cadence of speaking & find it annoying. Almost like she's being condescending. I also have not ever been too impressed with her in ring work. I also hate anything with the undead realm. As for good qualities, I will say that she seems like she's always round & serves as someone for the other wrestlers to work with. A "jobber to the stars", if you will. As far as serving that role, I think it's good for a company to have someone like that around. I feel like fans gave her a lot of good grace after the incident with Sexy Star went down. While my heart goes out to her in that scary & shitty situation, I don't think being in said situation translates to being looked upon favorably in any other aspects with regards to being a pro wrestler."

[4.0] "I am mainly astonished to discover Rosemary has only been in TNA for 7 years. It feels much longer. She has a certain level of popularity thanks to tenure and American wrestling wrestling fans abiding love for crap spooky bollocks. There is a reason she is hid away in the tag division. If i sound like I am burying her then I don't mean too. Companies like TNA need folks like Rosemary."

[8.0] "A reliable and loyal veteran for TNA. Strong character oriented wrestler who did good with Decay, as a singes competitor and all the other women tag teams she was put in. I really enjoyed her work with Wendy last year and I wish they captured the TNA womens tag titles."
UltimoDragon wrote on 13.09.2024:
[8.0] "Great to see her finally getting recognition - since her debut in TNA she's been one of the more solid workers in terms of ring work, dedication, attitude and gimmick. She's consistent as a single or tag team worker and the only downside is we've never seen her get a shot in WWE or AEW on a grander stage than TNA."
NascentHollow wrote on 28.08.2024:
"3.0 The character is interesting, but her portrayal always came off as forced and overactered. Her in ring work was something I always was surprised by. One of the most consistently sloppy and rough looking in-ring workers I've seen."
Trombek Kushinika wrote on 02.08.2024:
[6.0] "Accomplished enough for TNA although she seems to have gotten firmly stuck in the middle card with little progression out it. At her age now she will unlikely wrestle in either of the 'Big Two' and would probably just be happy to finish off her career in TNA. Decent enough hand... fun gimmick..."

"I'm absolutely obsessed with the character work and creativity of Courtney Rush / Rosemary. Looking into the transformation of her character over the years, you can tell she is passionate about her storytelling and keeping the continuity of the lore of her own characters, to the point of making a YouTube series dedicated to expanding and explaining the multiverse of Rosemary. She even has a dedication to kayfabe in interviews and on social media, which is impressive and rare to see these days. I truly don't think anyone understands storytelling as an individual in wrestling quite like her."

When I was first introduced to her as Rosemary I fell in love; she embodied that character so hard that I had to go back each day to Impact to see what she was going to do next. Now with Courtney Rush, again, she knows how to keep her fans. I'm still behind her to this day. For me, she is in my top 25 overall women wrestlers."

[9.0] "I loved Rosemary in her prime years. She had a unique aura around her as part of Decay, her character was refreshing in American women scene, and probably she is still one of the best on that. Her feuds with Jade (Mia Yim) were strong for me when I was watching Impact those years. Sadly, the reason I give her 8 is because time and injuries got cruel to her - her knee problems and some health issues really gave a lot of limitations on her wrestling style. But still, when it comes to mic skills or character work, she's really amazing. Upd: after watching more of her matches, includlng pre-TNA/Impact, I'll even go so far to say she's one of my top-3 US women wrestlers along with Gail Kim and Mickie James."

[10.0] "My favourite wrestler in the world right now and the reason I got back to Impact. Such a great creative mind and some of the most intriguing storylines and the lor behind the character is fantastic and great for world building. Are there better female wrestlers in-ring than Rosemary yes I would not disagree but that doesn t matter because most of them won? t keep me interested as much as The Demon Assassin does."

[9.0] "One of my favorite female wrestlers going today. Her matches are always entertaining and she has a really creative character. I love the unique and strange supernatural storylines Rosemary often gets involved with, especially those with Su Yung. The short lived Masters of the Multiverse series that Rosemary did with Allie/The Bunny was a fun showcase of Rosemary's acting ability. Ever since she joined IMPACT she's been one of my favorite Knockouts and her feuds with Jade and Taya are two of the best the division has ever had."

[7.0] "She's someone's whose character work makes her pretty memorable but in the ring there isn't much there. Her character evolution is entertaining and she's special on the mic. However, overall, entertaining as she is, she's lacking in the ring to really score a higher rating. She's good enough in certain settings but still lacking to really make her special. As a character though she might be one of the best at dark characters and others have tried but can't match her natural ability. She's very entertaining overall even if it will rarely lead to a great match."
dudeman9965 wrote on 14.01.2022:
"She's one of the only wrestlers today that are still devoted to kayfabe. Most wrestlers today are more lax when it comes to staying in character, doing shoot interviews and such, but not Rosemary. She is incredibly skilled at making an unbelievable idea believable. Even on her Twitch streams, her out of character persona is labeled a "Human meatsuit cloned by Rosemary." She's great in the ring and hasn't fallen off at all. One of the best women's wrestlers of all time."
TheNorthEast wrote on 12.10.2021:
[10.0] "Rosemary is possibly the most over wrestler on the Impact roster. Fantastic entrance, entrance song, promo skills and an intensity in the ring. The evolution of the character has been a joy to watch and has only been let down at times buy the lack of quality opponents and booking. Rosemary has been consistently used to help get over newer members of the roster, She actually reminds me a lot of the Undertaker, which is obviously a very high compliment."

She became the focus of every match she was around with the Decay, establishing that she's a great hardcore wrestler too. Her mystical demon assassin gimmick has only gotten more interesting, with great hardcore matches."
