[9.0] "She may not have reached the imposing, top-tier dominance of Rhea Ripley, Awesome Kong, or even Megan Bayne, but Beth Phoenix was absolutely one of the first modern female powerhouses in WWE who could genuinely work. She stood out in an era where women's wrestling was only just beginning to move toward a more athletic style, and she brought both strength and solid fundamentals that made her matches compelling. She also had underrated charisma and was part of several memorable storylines -- especially the comedy gold with Santino. Overall, she was a dominant, reliable presence and hugely important for that period."

[10.0] "One of the GOATs when it comes to womens wrestling. She was powerful, sound in her craft and probably doesn't have a bad match. I absolutely enjoyed her work with Aaron and Shelly OVW, Mickie, Candice, Kelly and Santino (& Santina) on main roster. She played the role of the Goliath heel perfectly and it was that much more of a surprise when the underdog babyface managed to win. The Kelly vs Beth feud to this day is my favorite from that era. Even tho i prefer her as a face because of her veteran status and her achievements. It's always a joy to see her return for a rumble or a mini storyline (Maryse, Rhea). She definitely still has it and it's only WWEs loss that she is not under contract with them."

[8.0] "I remember Phoenix as one of the best women of her era. She had technical wrestling ability and power above a lot of her opponents. She was good as both a face or a heel especially with Natayla. Her commentary on NXT was also good."

[5.0] "Beth Phoenix was solid in WWE but never stood out to me. Her "Glamazon" persona lacked depth, and her matches rarely impressed. While dominant, others like Mickie James or Melina outshone her during her tenure. A decent talent, but a 5/10 in my book."

[8.0] "Truly was ahead of her time. She, in my opinion, is a much better pre arch for someone like a Rhea Ripley, more than Chyna. Was always one of my favorites as a kid. Would have loved to see her in the modern era of womens wrestling being taken more seriously."

She had the character, the charisma, the looks, the personality, the strength and the talent. Her talent was so much a part of her that when she returned to the ring, it was as if she'd never left. Beth Phoenix came into this world too early, and today she'd surely be a top star. I still hope to see her back full-time, she would have great human and professional lessons to teach everyone."

[8.0] "A rare and bewildering example of someone who was so much better than their peers that it actively hurt their overall match quality and career. Beth would have, could have, and should have been a star at any other time or in any other promotion, but because she was in WWE during the Divas era, she simply could never put together a strong enough back catalog to meet up with what she's clearly capable of. 100% not her fault, obviously, but there's a reason a OVW match is one of her highest rated matches on here."

[8.0] "It's a shame she was full time when she was. She's so much better than the other women around her at the time. The Divas era is shameful. While Beth Phoenix was certainly attractive enough she was also very athletic and has amazing charisma. She can still go too and selfishly I'd like to see her have more matches but I'm also happy she was able to have a few really good matches in recent years."

But when you go back to see her maches u see unintresting ofence pesaball seling and not much in the way of in ring story telling. On the mic she was far form garte but not bad either. Just a fine worker made to look good by those around her"

[9.0] "At the time she was one of our favorites and when I found out that Edge is her husband, which I didn't know because I was a kid at the time, it made me happy. She is a good fighter and has been a reference for many."

[9.0] "I used to think she was ahead of her time, but that was exactly what let her shine, be memorable and reach the legend status. Her matches would've been much better now, and I think it's too late for dream matches (against Charlotte, Rhea or Bianca), but what some people may not understand is that she could've ended up overshadowed. Now, that would've been the case with other legends, so I'm not saying she's not great. She stood out from the rest by being a female powerhouse, had a unique move set, her mic skills were good enough, and definitely had the looks to be a top star in the company."

[6.0] "Beth Phoenix is a true legend, incredible forerunner in WWE women's history. She's on Mount Rushmore alongside Lita, Trish Stratus and Chyna in my opinion. But just like any woman in the WWE before 2015, her in-ring skills aren't all that great."

[9.0] "Amazing performer with natural charisma, both as a babyface and a heel. Such a distinctive look and moveset makes her one of the most memorable "Divas" to come from her era of women's wrestling."

[6.0] "Evaluating an era of women's wrestling in WWE when Beth Phoenix was pushed is always a tricky subject, because fans that enjoyed it are very defensive about it, even though it wasn't that great or memorable. These days, Phoenix shouts very loudly with two other commentators of NXT TV."

[10.0] "Beth Phoenix is one of the greatest wrestlers ever, period. She has inspired other wrestlers to start a career in wrestling and has even inspired little girls to start taking wrestling classes. Beth is one of the women in the industry that helped to continue paving the way for the future generations of wrestling and not even just in WWE. She's also super nice and sweet and is just an all around great person. I loved her feuds with Mickie James, LayCool, and Kelly Kelly! Her tag with Natalya was #PinUpStrong and I loved it! A bit iffy with her tag with Santino, but they were fun. I, honestly, would've loved to have seen her tag with Edge back in the day when they were champs at the same time (both in 2007 and 2008) despite the fact that they were on separate brands. Anyway, being a fan of Beth's is an acquired taste in my opinion and if you like/love her wrestling then you're golden in my book! I also love what she's doing on commentary. Yeah, she's not the best, but she's grown and gotten so much better over the past year. And if you seem to think that's she's annoying on commentary then it's probably just the fact that she's a woman and she does the same thing that the men do especially in comments such as wow, whoa, oh, and ooh like she's not the only person that says that stuff but y'all don't want to hear any of that when the men do it. Anyway, I just love The Glamazon and I'm grateful that I get to be a fan of hers!"

For her time, she broke from the typical diva model that Vince & company were still set on using. She is now doing very well with commentary on NXT."

[9.0] "Beth Phoenix was my favourite women's wrestler when I was young, and I'm glad to see that for once I actually liked someone with talent. Leagues ahead of most of her peers during her time in WWE."

[8.0] "The more I look back on some Beth's past matches, the more I am impressed with her. Beth had an awesome look, the best Amazonian look since Chyna but she was ten-fold the wrestler Chyna was. Beth wasn't just a powerhouse, she could grapple, she could move well and she was a very good seller. The problem was her competition was mediocre to sub-par so she was never able to get that signature match or feud. Still though, she's one of the better woman wrestlers the company had;"

[10.0] "It was really a shame that Beth Phoenix wrestled in an era within WWE that nobody cared about the women. If she wrestled in the current women's era she would be considered the greatest women's wrestler in WWE history."

[8.0] "Beth Phoenix was not only a great powerhouse, but great at selling too. She made Layla's "Layout" look like an effective Finisher, and sold the hell out of Maryse's "French TKO". Her finisher move, The Glam Slam, was always a fun end to a match."

[6.0] "Beth Phoenix had the skills to be a really great wrestler, unfortunately she was weighted down in her score from me by her opponents. She was in an era where she was a standout, but did not have the opponents to be a great."

[9.0] "Beth Phoenix was, without any doubt, a shining star. The Glamazon will always be remembered fondly as one of the more powerful women working with WWE. From her look, her presence and her showings of power, Phoenix is for sure one of the better Divas of her time."

Beth Phoenix had her jaw broken by the hands of Victoria in 2006, causing a hindrance in her career before bouncing back up and having great matches with Mickie James and Melina back in 2008/2009. The only negative thing I can say about her is that her matches with Kelly Kelly were all the same, following the same routine but, overall she was a great Diva."

[10.0] "She is a real powerhouse, her strength is insane and seems all natural, she also was very attractive, i was always so happy to watch her matches."
