[10.0] "I know that some people looking on junior division in NOAH with disrespect after their peak time and everytime talking about "In our time, Marufuji, Sugiura, KENTA and Aoki made bangers, after that junior division just a shadow of themselves", but Kotoge could be one of the best in peak NOAH times. Very charismatic babyface with many fire in his eyes and moves, but also he can showed you his ruthless agression and hard punches. That men can find chemistry and keys to everyone and also he is a good tag partner. My favorite part of Atsushi is his skill of making stories and bringing emotions in every match, every rivalry and he does it so good. He does it such as it is a basic ability to everyone, but he just very good wrestler, truly legend of junior division in Japan and very good storyteller. Probably, best storyteller in his division."

[10.0] "One of the better talents in Japan and in some ways I still think they've missed out on his more natural role in NOAH due to their booking of him. Look at his match vs. Sugiura in 2013. An instant classic as an underdog babyface! At this point the fan friendly and charismatic offense of his younger days are not the same since his questionable Heavyweight run. But on the other hand very few people could have made his most recent title run work considering his quality of opponents. I would still value him as a top tier talent, and he is aging gracefully enough along with his contemporaries. A great talent who is arguably one of the more well rounded players of his time."

More high-profile matches and a longer tag reign with Harada would do him well. EDIT: I made the call and I was right. This kid became a star right before my eyes. His recent GHC Jr. Heavyweight title victory against Daisuke Harada was one of the greatest wrestling matches I have ever watched."

[8.0] "Really excellent wrestler. He can be a bit awkward with his facial expressions but he has tons of charisma and excels at being the FIP. He adapts to the Heavyweight Divisions really well and has had some great match whilst a HW. Loving his tag matches with Marufuji, beating in the student role (though he is transnationing out of that role). Love how he just headbutts people, even if it's bordering dangerous at point. One to look for as a top star in a year or so."
