[4.0] "I definitely preferred his work outside of New York, because there was more/better competition elsewhere. In the WWF he was a monster heel working mostly squash matches and things got dull rather quickly. In places like Mid Atlantic, Mosca was mixing it up with the bigger babyface names and the results were more interesting/watchable. His babyface promo material starting at Starrcade 83 was just AWFUL and a reason to fast forward. While Mosca was always allowed to show more when not employed by McMahon, overall not my kinda 'rassler. EDIT! I can't believe I forgot to mention the episode of Beavis & Butt-Head "Babe R Us", I swear Mosca was the inspiration for the bouncer "Thor" at the night club B & B are thrown out of."

[8.0] "a CFL living legend... Mosca was in his mid 30's before he really began to get serious about wrestling... and in his mid 40's by the time he got to the WWE. His career was limited due to this reality, but he had all the tools to be special. Mosca could work a crowd. He was a huge powerful athletic guy. He was very smart. I found it frustrating to watch his career because he was one of my biggest favorites and he never stuck around the territory for long enough to be given the title, but Mosca had the ability to step into a territory and get heat the first week. He drew money."
