Bandido vs. Galeno Del Mal

[7.0] "These two had some great chemistry with one another. Galeno being the bigger man and throwing Bandido around was fun while Bandido brought that high-flying action. Some great spots around with throwing one another into the crowd and Bandido showing some power. Overall, good match. [***.65]"

[7.0] "A great match with a simple story. Galeno Del Mal is a super heavyweight who moves like a lightweight and seemed to have this ability to over power Bandido at every turn. Bandido has to respond with a more tactical approach and has to somehow outpace the monster opponent. This is one of the few times I've found the lucha tropes of ripping the mask and feeding off the crowd to very effective. Galeno did such a ruthless job at ripping the mask that it was clinging to Bandido's face which made me genuinely quite anxious and in shoot and kayfabe had to effect Bandido mentally. As for feeding off the crowd, Galeno seemed to be able to match everything Bandido was throwing at him until the crowd got fully behind him. The louder the cheers got the more Bandido was able to pull off his insane feats of strength which in the end gave him the opening to hit the 21plex for the win. Such a classic wrestling story told so well by two very young talents. Bandido's post match promo was also very sweet"

[8.0] "This was a nice match, awesome to see Galeno in the states now that he's not at NOAH, but him and Bandido worked super snugly together"

[8.0] "I'm very happy to see my big boy Galeno since he has left NOAH, great chemistry with Bandido, a good fight, one of my favorite right now this week in Vegas."

[7.0] "Seeing someone with Galeno's size move with that kind of fluidity is honestly wild, get him signed already! And Bandido, as always, is incredibly consistent no matter the opponent or the setting."

[8.0] "Really fun uneven matchup between two of my favoruite luchadores (I was going to say two young stars, but while Bandido is only 30 he is like a 14 year veteran...crazy). A lot of fun contrast of power and speed, Bandido trying to get the pace up against Galeno trying to bully him down. The whole time you are waiting for the answer to the question 'can this man 21plex a man the size of a small bull? ' and it's great to build up to that as an ending. My second favourite of the thursday matches in Vegas!"
