[3.0] "What on earth was that shite? It gets off to a good start with Randy going for a pin while the ref is wandering off to close the cage door. This match appears mostly to facilitate Flair getting his arse out for reasons lost on me. They don't plan this well at all with a random massive high spot in the middle of the match that leads nowhere and lots of just aimless, heatless scrapping. Women fucks up the powder spot and commentary don't know how to call it. To cap it off, you get the limelight leech Hogan coming down because heaven forbid allowing another storyline get big reactions without him stealing the attention. The cunt."

[8.0] "Thankfully this was one of the few good quality matches on this show as Flair and Savage was always a good pairing. Good mix between the stuff you would expect like the cage being used as a weapon, a big high spot from Savage from the top of the cage, Flair's ass gets exposed twice trying to escape the cage which was pretty funny and of course he gets busted up as well because it wouldn't be a Ric Flair cage without that happening! With all that going on and Woman screaming at the top of her lungs, the match itself was actually very entertaining because Flair and Savage are really good and the match goes back and forth pretty mutch the whole way where both of them get a long control spot at some point in the match and both of them use the Figure Four submission at some point in the match. The referee gets somewhat biased against Flair as well because Flair strikes him very early in the match. Miss Elizabeth's betrayal felt like it happend at a very pivotal moment in the match and was a huge shock at the time. Good mix of strong wrestling and entertaining storytelling here."

The chemistry between these two has been phenomenal and it's a shame that it wasn't the actual main event. They got the crowd involved, they were working hard and you could still feel the hatred between them. There was one botch from the time keeper who rang to bell to early, but when it comes to the pure wrestling it was very good."

The most notable thing to come out of this is Ms Elizabeth turning on Savage and joining Flair and the Horsemen and they spent the next 6 or 7 months just mind fucking Savage into an even crazier side of the nut house. Years later, after learning about their personal lives, it makes perfect sense Elizabeth would turn on Savage."

The match was pretty good, but these two have had better, and it was clear that Savage was losing interest in playing second fiddle to Hogan, Flair and others. Probably the best match on the card, but that's not saying a lot."

Still had it's moments but production decisions to avoid showing blood (and Ric's ass) made it difficult to enjoy and sometimes even understand what happened as we literally can't see the finish."

[7.0] "The match does not disappoint, it's far from the good rhythm of a fight, but it's still entertaining with almost 20 minutes of another Savage vs Flair chapter, this time locked in a cage. Miss Elizabeth helps Flair to get his victory after another short reign of Macho Man, but what is confusing is the sound of the bell in the middle of the match after a pinfall. Still far from the quality of their 1992 match. ***1/4"

For some reason there is an obsession with revealing Flair's ass in this match, much more than I ever wanted to see. The Elizabeth turn is also not very satisfying as a finish."
