[2.0] "[1.0*] In terms of TV this is a complete fucking disaster lmao. The Bucks won the title 10.000 days ago, this is their first title defense after losing an Eliminator Match against The Acclaimed, they were off TV lately and when they come back they have a fucking 20-min match while absolutely nothing happened and it seemed that they were just waiting for a bullshit finish to come. And it did. More than 20-min of TV time counting entrances just to end it in a lame DQ? This reign is already a failure, which is a shame. AEWs Tag Division may be the worst aspect of the company right now and they are losing the Lucha Brothers after already failing to get MCMG. Well, it clearly needs a lot of improvement because this was the best thing about the company a couple of years ago."

[3.0] "What a boring and unnecessarily long match. The Young Bucks are such a boring team from an in-ring standpoint at the moment and the Acclaimed just aren't at the level in-ring that they're having interesting matches without someone to carry them. As a result, you get this directionless mess of a match that was way too long and felt kinda pointless by the end with the DQ ending that was very lazily booked."

[5.0] "While terribly lacking in urgency, this is mechanically solid, for the most part. However, it's a puzzling match, psychologically. They start at a pace that they have no hope of maintaining, then putting in a ton of time for a finish that would've been much better suited to a sprint. Beyond those baffling conceptual woes, it's mostly uninspired rather than outright bad, though the result is just a dull watch at this length. Bowens' hot tag gives it some life however and The Bucks sleepwalk to some flashes of brilliance, just about keeping it afloat. **1/4"

[7.0] "Preposterous ratings, do you guys know that a DQ is not necessarily bad ? The finish was good and made sense, coward heels found a way to keep their title by forcing the babyfaces to hit them and it advances the 3 way feud. Yeah the match was kinda long but there was 2 commercial breaks so it needed to be long. Btw it's funny how some people criticize the bucks for doing "spotfest" but when they do a slow paced match like this one it gets bad ratings xD"

The Jacksons are consistently pulling off wild acrobatic spots that I've never seen before and making it look easy. Fun finish as well, looking forward to seeing them again at Wembley."

The Bucks literally did not defend the titles or about four months and then the ending is there to set up either a #1 contenders match or a three way. The crowd reactions through the match werent exactly great either and its not much of a surprise. Its felt like the Bucks have been in their own world for a long time now and the fans didnt seem to care here, which is not exactly a great sign."

[3.0] "After months of The Acclaimed waiting to get their championship match and the Young Bucks to finally defend their titles we finally get this snoozefest of a match just to build up to a lazy DQ. Stretching a 6 minute match into almost three times its actual length just killed this. It is okay to have a quick, , competitive, action-paced, fun match every now and then."

[4.0] "Bad match, that went too long even if it was good. Then to end with a DQ finish was certainly a choice and not a good one. This title reign of the bucks has caused even further damage to the division that has been struggling for a while. FTR or The Acclaimed need to leave with the belts at Wembley and whoever wins needs to turn heel. Then the winner needs to have a series of good quality matches and feuds with ever team, elevating the titles and teams they fight. This really isnt it and I like all three teams, but its been done to death."

[6.0] "I liked this match a little more than most people seem to have; I completely understand the complaints about the Young Bucks and Acclaimed being very stale acts, I agree with that and that's why I was not excited for this match. That being said, this was pretty enjoyable. The Young Bucks may be phoning it in, but they're still capable of having pretty quality matches, and they worked pretty well with The Acclaimed. It did go on for a little too long though, by the time the disqualification finish happened it didn't bother me too much because I was slowly starting to lose interest. I'm not excited about the prospect of the Bucks facing either The Acclaimed or FTR or both at Wembley; AEW's tag team division is in dire need of some freshening up."

[7.0] "Match was entertaining, which seems to make me an outlier. Yes the match was a couple minutes too long, but none of that time was dead space or felt like just killing time. The Bucks worked a good heel style and the Acclaimed all got moments. Not super excited about the current state of the tag division, and that does hurt the excitement overall, but the match was good."

[5.0] "I didn't hate the entire match as much as others but I'll never understand the point in going so long for a DQ finish. At near 20 minutes long, you don't come away thinking "This match really had potential until the heels took it all away. I'm looking forward to the rematch where things will be settled and we'll get the real match." It's not a preview or a taster at 20 minutes. We've had most of the main course by that point and I'm not all that interested in having more. Other than that, I thought the match was pretty average but okay outside of the length."

I laughed very hard when Matt suddenly went from cowering to spitting in Dax's face. Also enjoyed the quadruple-down spot and seeing some new power-based offense from Max Caster who looks like a million bucks."

[3.0] "The fuck is this bullshit ass boring ass match? I like the Bucks and half of the Acclaimed and was expecting to enjoy this match at least a bit but my god was this boring and pointless. Super phoned in performances from the Bucks and a super bland performance from the Acclaimed too. This also isn't helped by the fact that this went nearly 20 minutes and ended in DQ too. What an absolute waste of time, like surely if you're gonna have a non finish, you could cut 5 minutes from this match and give it to Mone v Shida instead. This was just super weird, super boring and just generally pretty pointless and kind of disappointing too. *3/4"

[7.0] "Yea, I did not dislike this match nearly as much as the other folks here. However, I did not love this match either. I thought the action itself was mostly good, but the match DID last 5+ minutes longer than it should have last night. I would have much rather seen those extra 5 minutes be given to the Mercedes Mone vs Hikaru Shida in that opener instead. It also does not help that I am long over The Acclaimeds stale act at this point, and I mostly blame Max Caster for that too. Regardless, I give this tag contest with the Young Bucks vs The Acclaimed a 7.5 out of 10 here. Hopefully, FTR beats The Acclaimed this Saturday night on Collision. Keep The Acclaimed AWAY from All In at Wembley."

[4.0] "It's such a shame see the tag division in this state. It had been the best tag division in the world and the best thing in AEW for years. Now it's just trash. It revolves around the same three teams and the booking has been tragic. The Bucks haven't been on TV for weeks, they comeback and they phone it in big time for 20 minutes. I felt like they did the bare minimum and were waiting for the bullshit finish with FTR to happend. A whole 20 minutes of nothing only for a terrible DQ finish that will probaly set-up FTR vs. YB at All In or a three way. The Acclaimed are their worst, the crowd barely reacts to them anymore. The action wasn't even that bad but the match was way too long and nothing really important happened for the majority of the nearly 20 minutes of runtime. 4/10 - 2*/5*"

Is the tag division stale right now? Sure. But this match wasn't bad by any measure, and the DQ finish makes sense with the story being told."

Nothing groundbreaking, but solid enough work from these four. It did go a little too long though, this definitely would have benefitted from being a sprint."

[2.0] "This was painful. nearly twenty minutes between two teams who seem to have lost whatever it is they had only to lead to a third team who also is facing the same struggles to set up a triple threat tag match. Woof. Atrocious booking accompanied with very uninspired work from the Bucks and Acclaimed here. It's a shame where the tag division is now and I don't think these teams are lost causes but man it's rough stuff, especially a week away from the PPV. This match didn't sell me on wanting to see Acclaimed overcome anything and I don't think adding FTR is gonna help."

[2.0] "The Young Bucks at their very worst, the Acclaimed at their very worst, the AEW tag division at their very worst, I mean, what the fuck did we think would happen? An embarrassing performance from the Bucks whilst Bowens and Caster throw everything they can into looking like a viable option again. But no. They fail, miserably. A hot start hits a brick wall after about two minutes before a formulaic, disconnected, and bafflingly long 18 minute match kicks into first gear, and never bothers to step on the gas. A deeply embarrassing finish too, a pointless road bump that leads to a pointless match that will almost definitely lead to another Bucks vs FTR match that feels far less earned than the numerous times they've locked horns already. Baffling from conception, to overly drawn out and daunting finish. What now AEW? Can't good faith your way outta this hole."
