18.02.2026 | SebasDiaz | 10.0 | If there's a reason to watch Bull Nakano, is for me how good she was for her roles as Heel, a destructive force but still ends up becoming someone who is not here a one girl show. 10/10 [*****]
25.01.2026 | Scarletsound | 5.0 | Did not really feel this one at all, the workrate was absolutely there for sure and yet somehow it feels like they really lose the energy, and just never really gain my investment and then go on for far too long till it becomes a slog. I'm not sure what about this match didn't click with me, but it really didn't.

Frankly, this was bordering on extremely boring, for me. There were just enough explosive moments and cool submissions to call this good, but that's it. (***) |

13.05.2022 | Makai Club | 8.0 | A great clash between two sizable women. This has really everything from big bombs, good submission wrestling and good drama. What is unfortunate for me is that this was really fifteen minutes too long which prevented this from getting to a top, top level. But this was a compelling match with some great storytelling that ended with Bull eventually topping Devil Masami and really taking the torch that was never really given to her by the generation that came before her. The finish was excellent. There was something very satisfying about watching Bull hit leg drops until Masami stayed down. ****
10.05.2022 | screwokada | 7.0 | This didn't make too much of an impression on me, definitely not as memorable as some of Bull's other matches. 3.5 stars

25.08.2021 | Kas | 10.0 | In a time when Joshi wrestling was speeding up, Nakano and Masami slowed everything down with great brawling, great mat-work, and excellent selling, telling a great story of the monster Nakano being almost impossible to put down and Masami fighting to overcome her. One of the greatest Joshi matches of all time. (****3/4)
13.08.2021 | The Beholder | 8.0 | This was a bit too long and dull to be 5 stars for me. I have to admit the poor sound and commentary track may have been a bad influence on my viewing of the match. They did beat the crap out of each other for 36 minutes, but I wasn't a fan of the weapon use, are there are too many sloppy moments. Things do pick up down the long closing stretch, and it's definitely not a bad match, but I just don't see this as a 5-star classic. ****1/4
11.02.2021 | Mizzle Assault Ant | 10.0 | Lengthy but ultimately fantastic match that only strengthens my love of Bull Nakano and all things 90s joshi!

06.08.2020 | Black Mass With Love | 10.0 | Brutal fight of two brutal joshi wrestlers. They forgot about legwork and its selling after the first part of the match, but nevertheless, they didn't make such an emphasis on this and focused on killing and weakening each other by all available means. And they did that so fucking great that they can be forgiven for this little defect. Excellent match.
04.07.2020 | cjm550506 | 8.0 | I so appreciate the pacing of this match. After going through Dream Slam things were moving so quickly. Here it's nice to see Masami and Nakano take things to a more calculating and violent place.

15.11.2019 | Caas | 10.0 |
21.08.2019 | Venomous | 9.0 | I'm a wee bit torn on this one. This is an excellent match, no doubt about it, and Masami's stagger in the ending solidified it. However, I have one big problem with it: Masami should have sold her back when she missed the somersault senton. Nakano had already opened up Masami's back with the nunchaku and the single-leg crab, and it kinda took me out of it a bit when Masami landed hard on her back and basically no-sold it. Maybe it was a fighting spirit thing, maybe she was just so full of adrenaline, idk, but it just took me out of it a bit when she just casually placed her hand on her back, twisted towards Nakano, then just bolted up and gave her a lariat. That should have been a prime opportunity for Nakano to capitalise, and it would have made so much more sense if they'd gone that route. Regardless, this match is a great example of how you can make an even match both logically sound and incredibly exciting. I often find that NJPW's main event style under Gedo doesn't make a lot of logical sense, because it trades storytelling for pure spectacle, so the winner often comes down to the overdone finisher trading sequence rather than, you know, who can actually logically win. This is also a pretty even match, but apart from the above oversight, everything in this match makes logical sense. You actually believe that both competitors have a chance at winning, especially since neither of them makes a fatal error, and Nakano only wins because she's able to physically outlast Masami. That's good storytelling. Great match.
