Battle Royal Match 2018

[6.0] "Battle Royals are always designed to be crowd pleasers and this was no exception. Nice to see all the ladies of yesterday, the ones who paved the way. In terms of action, the pace was decent and the spots interesting, although a little bit too choreographed."

[3.0] "Ugh, is there a heel promo before every match? Popped for Madusa, Miss Madness, and Ivory, but Molly was eliminated very quickly and Blayze soon afterward, at which point I lost interest. Blayze getting tossed was also around the point where ladies started taking naps around the ring, which is even worse to see in a normal battle royal than a Royal Rumble. Then gimmicky spots started happening, including a dance number that actually had music kick in. What. Major botch of some swinging move while the two wrestlers were spotlighted in the middle of the ring. Ivory was telegraphing a lot by this point and it distracted from the match. A participant had seemingly been hiding for the entire match and showed up at the end, which is a standard heel move, but it's normally foreshadowed instead of having them just appear without warning. The winner was apparently a relative of the Rock. Shocking."

[9.0] "I come back with sentiment because I am not aware, my memory does not have such wisdom, does anyone from the surrounding community think and have the same opinion as me, but I liked it, I wanted Ember Moon to win, I mean, I supported Ember, but Nia is also a bad choice, but EMBER TOP"

[6.0] "Pretty fun battle royal. Crowd was once again amazing and multiple people put on a good showing. [***]"

[4.0] "Just an typical battle royal match, it's mostly an excuse to get as many women on the show as possible and anyone other than Nia could've won."

[6.0] "This was an OK match, some good moves but a lot of sloppy ones. The crowd was pretty hyped though, more than i was sadly^^"

[5.0] "Probably one of the lowest points of the show; excluding that poorly-written main event. This was all about the past meets the present. It was nice to see that older wrestlers got thrown down but this match really revolved around the Tamina-Nia-Ember storyline. Asuka was even in here but was eliminated and not in the final three.."

[4.0] "This was a really dull match. Ember, Asuka, and Zelina put in decent performances but everyone else was either forgettable or constantly botching everything. Ember definitely should have won."

[7.0] "There were some fine moments in there. I liked some of the eliminations. Yeah, this was a good match."

[2.0] "Nia Jax has gotten opportunities after opportunities and has never truly gotten over. WWE trying to force feed her to the fans only makes her more unlikable as she has been given these opportunities and failed to shine at the expense of more promising and talented wrestlers in the locker room. Just like in this match. I am gonna single out Ember Moon because that was the performance of a star who the fans want to get behind but WWE keeps shoving her in the background. *1/4"

[8.0] "What a fun match. Maybe my favorite Battle Royal of all time. The crowd was hot for the entire match and the WomenŽs deserve it. Good to see the Legends and i really like Ivory Carmella interaction and Asuka vs. Ember sequence."

[7.0] "Good battle royal, a lot of fun action and familiar faces, though I was sad that Molly Holly went out so fast. The Asuka/Ember Moon exchange was sublime, I wasn't crazy about the winner but still a fun match."

[6.0] "One of the more enjoyable battle royale's of the year imo, a bit of a mess as to be expected, but a barrel of fun from start to finish. Not a fan of the winner however."

[6.0] "Really fun battle royal. All the eliminations were done in a way to get a character and storyline over. Crowd was hot for it and Ember Moon looked great. ***"

[5.0] "Some mistakes, some goofy stuff, some good moments, a simple story. It was a good battle royal in WWE standard."

[3.0] "Rather surprised this was a "Recommended Match" as I thought it was the worst on the show. It was a below average battle royal with a terrible winner. I would've much preferred Ember or Zelina won. I do not see WWEs interest in further pushing Nia Jax. (*)"

[4.0] "Ember Moon's booking in this was really good, but other than that, this was quite the sloppy mess until the final 5 or so. Ember really brought it up a notch w/ her stellar performance. **"

[7.0] "It's a good battle royal thanks to some returns. Alundra Blayze and Ivory are still more than okay in the ring. Good action for all the match, Ember Moon is the MVP and has great moments. But in the end is Nia Jax the winner. Also a great start with the Iiconics. ***1/4"

[5.0] "This was entertaining all trough it, but the finish makes me not wanting to recommend this too much. It needed some cool way of ending and it was pretty simple. Also Nia's reactions were very cringe worthy."
