DASH Chisako vs. Momo Watanabe

[7.0] "This would be considered the best WWE women's match of all time, if they let the women do stuff like this. It is just another Sunday afternoon show in Korakuen Hall here. Can't deny that the impact of some of these moves trumps the fake nature of it all."

Just catching up and it was incredible, they had chair shots to the head, table bumps, a splash from top of the ladder to a table on the outside, trash cans, and a frog splash from top of the ladder into a pile of chairs. Just incredible stuff, very entertaining if you like this kind of matches very spot based, and it's free on YouTube. ****1/2"

[6.0] "Plunder matches bore me to death but there were a couple of crazy spots in this one from the tops of ladders that saved this from a complete waste of time"

[8.0] "Really enjoyed this one. A lot of plunder in the ring to start the match, but it didn't really play out like that. Hard hitting throughout with the factions getting involved early. DASH made the ladder and table spots count every time and Momo brought a lot of intensity to the match. Lots of fun and really surprised me."

[9.0] "this match is kinda crazy. it's a well done mix of hard hitting and hardcore with cool spots and the fighting spirit from both competitors. you can smell the "heart over obstacle" vibe all over the match"

[8.0] "A super fun plunder match that keeps its excitement throughout its duration. It features some spots with a sense of danger that'll make you wince with an inadvertent chair shot connecting with the back of Momo Watanabe's head leaving her bleeding the hard way. Also, some stiff Momo trademark kicks as only she can do, and let me not forget about her awesome trademark punt for good measure. Good plunder match. ****"

[8.0] "DASH is just crazy, but it works and Momo brought her own style of destruction to this match. They work well together, been a long time since Momo was in a Sendai Girls ring. Momo got busted open late on and mixing with her blonde hair made a great visual. DASH with her insane leaps from ladders, better than the Hardy Boys"

[8.0] "Incredibly enjoyable, intense and nicely paced hardcore match between 2 absolutely fantastic workers. Momo gets some colour the hardway and this adds to the match's drama and DASH shows how great a seller she can be when her opponent is as brilliant as she is. Momo's kicks here sound absolutely brutal and DASH's splash off the ladder onto the table looked insane (and notice how Sendai, unlike Stardom, understand actually smart psychology as Matsumoto clears away - via a double noggin-knocker! - the OT members so DASH can perform her dive). Finally, this match might not have anything truly original happen in it but when a match hits all the conventional beats in a manner as smart and enjoyable as this I don't really care (and people shouldn't take expert utilisation of genre convention for granted; it's a very underrated skill)."

[7.0] "Good, fun hardcore match. Momo doesn't do many of these kind of matches while it's Chisako's specialty, so it was interesting to see how that would play out. Momo took a bump on a ladder and the back of her head was busted open, that looked painful but it made for a cool visual of the blood with her hair. A lot of chair shots, a couple of impressive table spots and you get Chisako diving off ladders. It's what you would expect, but it was all well done and looked great. Chisako gets the win. 7.5/10"

[8.0] "This was hella fun. I don't always enjoy hardcore brawls, but this one hit! Seeing Momo (+ Tora + Ruaka) outside of Stardom was a crazy visual, and I loved that they interfered and got the crowd to boo them, it added to the fun of the match right away. There were some crazy spots, especially with Dash and the ladder (of course! ), and Momo got a nasty gash on the back of her head that made her blonde locks crimson red! I liked the fighting spirit strike battle they fit in the middle, too! There were a couple moments of hesitation or awkwardness (to be fair at least one of those hesitation moments was Tora waiting for an old man to move and her just... didn't lol), but that didn't take away from the match too much. Really fun, and a unique matchup in that Momo doesn't often stray outside of Stardom. I was rly surprised by the finish, too!"

[7.0] "The early hardcore elements were OK, but Momo was a bit hesitant on a few spots. Chisako has legendary aura. Her dives off the ladder were incredible."

[8.0] "I'm not a hardcore match guy, but I can't deny that these two went at it. Momo took some gnarly shots and the end result was fitting. If you enjoy hardcore matches, you'll probably dig this one."

[8.0] "Momo busts open the back of her head and goes beast mode. This was so much fun. A great hardcore match and a great match in general. These two can definitely perform and this had some insane spots that must be seen."

[7.0] "Exceeded expectations for me, as these types of Joshi hardcore matches tend not to come out very hardcore feeling. Momo took a scary bump on a stepladder and busted the back of her head open and the bloody hair in the back of the head was a great visual."

[6.0] "This was a decent hardcore match but really not my favourite style unless it is particularly creative, which this was not particularly ***"

[8.0] "Great match, loved the intensity, those girls did not hold back and went with everything they got. The interferences didn't bother me at all, hardcore match anything goes, we just want to see they beating the hell up of each other and that's what we got."

[8.0] "A great hardcore match from Chisako and Watanabe. Dash pulled out some crazy stuff as usual and this was the best Momo match I've seen in a while"

[5.0] "Not much of a structure or real pace to this match, but who cares anyway? Dash and a Ladder are a match made in heaven, and credit Momo for eating some of those big dives, and taking the full force of that suplex off the ladder. I do wish they had come up with some other ideas other than Odeo Tai interference to fill time because this might've been something good in my eyes otherwise. As it stands though, something below average with some big spots to make it memorable. Guessing others will like this more than me. 2.75 Stars."

[9.0] "Absolutely not what I expected to happen when all that shit got pushed in the ring. This is a great Hardcore match. Not a great Joshi hardcore match in a promotion that doesn't do them, but an actual great Hardcore match. Momo took a bump into a leader that opened up the back of her head and the back of her hair gets the crimson tone of a classic NWA match. DASH takes two insane bumps from the top of the ladder. One onto a prone Momo on a chair and another with Momo laid out on some chairs that literally needs to be seen to be believed. I loved this match. Always bet on Momo!"
