[7.0] "Simple match built on the joy of watching Matsunaga absolutely shower Goto in kicks unabated while he just sorta tumbles around helplessly into more and more kicks. Granted Goto does get some nasty punches and takedowns in here and there, but there's a clear dominator for most of the match. Real fun, stiff and mean."
[7.0] "Sloppy in a fun way, probably the least technically polished two of three falls match that I've ever seen. Very much a vibe-centric match, great atmosphere to be found here."
[9.0] "The semi main main event of the third FMW show and essentially a build upmmatch Atsushi Onita & Tarzan Goto vs. Jerry Blayman & Mitsuhiro Matsunaga. One of the coolest things about eatly FMW is these karate and pro wrestler brawl fights. This has such great atmosphere. Theres so much great messyness and grit. Matsunaga flip kicks were wild and amazing specifically. Matsunaga staring the this match full karate gear and end up losing his top, Goto singlet comes down. Great match!"
[8.0] "The Dudes Rock genre of match wins again. First couple of rounds play out really nicely, Matsunaga has the upperhand in round 1 using his mean kicks and Goto gets the advantage in round 2 by throwing him around and sending him to the floor. Then round 3 happens and everything breaks down, not like it was a particularly clean fight before. Both guys get busted up, wild shots are thrown and the match gets thrown out and both dudes need to be separated because of how wild it gets. Matsunaga gets backed off and a white cloth or maybe a shirt is wrapped around his head to stop the bleeding. Just sick as hell stuff."
