426.10.2024Mizzle Assault Ant6.0A decent showing that was really hard to care about, I'm afraid. I'm not into Fletcher, Lee Johnson is just sort of there on the bottom rung after almost 5 years, and the ROH TV title is the one Samoa Joe basically threw in the trash because it was such a nothing title. Props for the action, it was not a bad match, it just felt very cold.

1522.07.2024rinyald8.0These guys had the perfect blend of fast paced action and brutal looking moves. Everything was so crisp and hard hitting, especially from Flecher's end. Fletcher looked like a killer and Johnson played a great underdog who fell short. Brutal action from both. Maybe I'm biased because I watched it live, but it was amazing to see.
1622.07.2024ZachTheOddBall6.0Two major issues I had with this match involved the excessive kickouts from Lee Johnson and the match pacing being quite draining. The crowd being dead also did not help much, even if it wasn't because of the match but because of the taping coming after Collision. With that being said, this was a solid title defense. Johnson managed to get some good babyface sympathy after being bruised and battered in the skull several times. Fletcher is still a mixed bag for me. He has impactful moves, but they look too impactful, as in ANY one of them could end the match. Still admired Johnson's performance a ton here though, he really made this work.

2430.06.2024Tyler Rollins8.0the broadcast said the best thing on this reign: "(Kyle) go the champ attitude. go to gym everyday, watch tapes everyday" and the reign was the perfect example. this match is the perfect example. good working, nice manouvres (shout out for the Kawada Driver) and the right times. the best thing this year on ROH

3423.06.2024Vinny Santos8.0No doubts, the best match on ROH TV of the whole year. Kyle and Lee had some great moves and cool spots, specially on the last fall of the match. PPV quality match on Thursday... more of that, please. (****1/4).
3523.06.2024itscalledtaylorham9.0Probably the best ROH TV match of the Tony Khan era. These two have incredible chemistry with each other, and they more or less matched what they did at Supercard. It's a shame that more people won't see this.

5022.06.2024lastplaneout8.0A fantastic TV match. Numerous excellent spots and sequences without creating an impression of showboating. The sunset bomb to the outside was spectacular. These guys have incredible chemistry, and I really hope they pursue a long-term feud here.

5221.06.2024Codebreaker8.0Die beiden hatten bereits bei Supercard ein überraschend starkes Match und auch diese Auflage ist äußerst sehenswert. ****
5321.06.2024Michael Morbius8.0This was a really good match, better than their Supercard of Honor bout back in April. Fletcher is definitely one to keep an eye on for the future of both ROH and AEW meanwhile Johnson has improved exponentially. The action was really fun and entertaining with plenty of good offense by both men and great spots. The highlight, of course, is on that crazy tope con hilo turned into a code red by Johnson, crazy stuff. The crowd, unfortunately, wasn't super into it but it doesn't take much away from the match. 8/10 - 4*/5*
5421.06.2024Lalo Campos8.0The best match of the TV weekly show of Tony Khan's Ring of Honor, great pace and structure between the two.
5521.06.2024TheLegitBoss8.0What a freakin' match, I had high expectations because I'd loved their Supercard Of Honor opening bout, and I have to say I wasn't disappointed, because where I'd feared they wouldn't have much time, they literally got twenty minutes. In addition to a stipulation that gets us used to great matches. And they obviously delivered, everything was excellent and they have an absolutely crazy chemistry together. I liked a lot of things, they worked hard and did maybe even better than their first meeting, I want a third one.
5621.06.2024BIDSOUP8.0OH MY GOD! This match ruled. I didn't think that the pair of youngsters could up their effort from SCOH, but how wrong was I? This match kicked absolute ass. Kyle leading the match and taking control for about 85% was awesome, and gave the match a hard hitting edge to it. Lee did a great job of selling, and while I don't think there was a particularly high amount of limb work, his strength in this aspect pertained to getting ragdolled both to hell, and subsequently: back. The first fall was a great Movez pinfall, with a lot of Fletcher's poppier offence coming to the fore - of note, the AMAZING looking Michinoku Driver and the BRAINBUSTAH where Lee's head bounced off the turn buckle were both sensational. Kyle, showing dominance inside the ring was great, and they told a tremendous story of Lee gaining momentum on the outside using a litany of stunning dives. The second fall was great, and given the direction of the match a rollup was the correct finish. Props to commentary as they did an awesome job putting over Kyle's dominance while defending on ROH TV - showing he's been a great champ, while also highlighting that he's been strong in spite of eating pins a lot on Dynamite. The final fall, compressed temporally was also the one that showed how deep Fletch needed to get into his bag, protecting Lee with a low blow and showing that there's a lot of meat on the bone for a fourth match. That's a great thing to be able to say, especially considering Johnson only has one pin on Kyle across 6 corners of survival, SCOH and this 2/3 match. I say: put em in a cage at DBD, start the show with it once more, strap up Lee and let them ROCK!
