10 | 20.09.2024 | boymeetsworld | 3.0 | Dante Chen is such a try-hard who looks like he doesn't belong that he made BPJ look like a solid veteran, it's really remarkable. When he tried to show some fire, he somehow came across as super unlikable - if BPJ would randomly hit him with his goofy looking finisher minutes before he actually did it, it would make for a better match lol. As a match it was a typical 'they just hit each other with shit' story, so imo the entire point was to get impressive youth on Twitter talking about how 'impressive' BPJ is. |
11 | 10.09.2024 | FelipeTalksGraps | 5.0 | [2.5*] Man, I know this is not the platforms fault, but the NXTs ratings are getting to a point where they are literally false advertising and this really hurts Cagematch. It only happens on NXT weekly shows but it is really getting to a weird point. This was a 6-minute Brian Pillman Jr match. When I first saw it, the average rating was ABOVE 8.0. Which means that this was a PPV Main Event level match, with only 6 minutes, by two guys that are extremely green, in the mid card of a weekly show. I did not buy it, so I watched to see how much honest those ratings were, and man, this match is good at beast. The fact that I am ashamed of giving a 3* to a Lexis King 5 minute bout (a completely normal and even very good rating in my opinion) because the average is so higher and so inflate is kinda bad, really. Anyways, I really enjoyed the match and I think it was perfectly decent, exactly what the higher ups wanted from them. Unfortunately, there are people giving it a 9.0 (a rating for a MOTYC) because they thought the match was good, so it seems that I hated it, but I did not. It was good. |

20 | 02.07.2024 | Cirilo | 5.0 | the only good things about the match are Dante Chen's performance, and the noise of the Kendo Sticks. Other than that, nothing much. But it shows that if Dante Chen does his job well, he can reap good results for his future at the company. But if you want to spend a short time watching a match, you can relax with this one. |
21 | 02.07.2024 | NOOBye | 4.0 | this match was only good if you love loud noises, but that isn't for me, it's just two guys beating themselves with kendo sticks, the maximum move they got from this match was the suicide dive from lexis king, the rating doesn't combine with the match (2.25*) |
22 | 02.07.2024 | Lolex | 5.0 | [2.5*] The best thing about the match was the Kendo Stick noise, Lexis King didn't do anything interesting other than her entrance. To be bad it needs to improve a lot. On the other hand, Dante Chen's positive performance surprised me a lot, he even looked like a superstar next to Lexis King (not that that's difficult) |

33 | 17.06.2024 | bugsy mcgraw | 3.0 | If you love loud noises, I guess this'll be your match, but this is really uninspired, modern WWE-style "brawling." You get a zillion weapon shots for their own sake, and then a heel using a different kind of long, wooden object to get heat, somehow. |
34 | 17.06.2024 | birds123 | 6.0 | |
35 | 17.06.2024 | Vinny Santos | 5.0 | I'm a bit surprised with this rating: it's a 6-minutes match (which is a good way to hide how bad Lexis King is on the ring), and the only thing happening there is they hitting each other with the canes; fun for a while, but even for a 6-minutes, it gets boring very fast. (**1/2). |

This stipulation always is pretty fun and enjoyable and this wasnt any different. Both guys have room to improve for sure but this is probably both of there best matches while in NXT. Hoping the feud is over now though. |

Easily the best match both guys have had in NXT. Nice to see Dante Chen finally get some attention. Lexis gets the win, but hopefully that doesn't mean the end of this feud. 7.5/10 |
