Es war auch das erste Mal das er auf Mike traf. Ich gebe hier ein Match Rating von (****1/4). Warum wurde das Title Match nicht schon am Anfang als No DQ angesetzt. Ich mag es nicht wenn man das im Laufe macht. |

Santana gets on top on the early going with some incredibly vicious bumps being taken by Red (damn is Red still so good at this shit). Red not giving up and referee making it no dq, more brawling ensues, wow this is so engaging. Santana looks really good here with his snugness and have some great exchanges down the finishing stretch. Excellent way to get to the code red, Red kicking out of Spin the Block at 1 too, good finish and even greater speech at the end. I'm damn sure that i have overlooking Santana, he is a beast for sure |

Both had very good chemistry together as displayed with a lot of their wrestling early. The tone of the match changed when Santana swung Red into the guardrail resulting in Red bleeding. The referee would make the call to make the match no dq with brawling in the crowd. Both had each other scouted well with some great exchanges and nearfalls as the match progressed. Red having one last bit of hope with the kickout at 1 following a discus lariat leading to another that put him away. The post match elevated their performances closing the show with a very good speech from Santana. Id call it the best match from HOG this year so far as well as Santanas best that Ive seen this year and Reds best since vs. Ospreay at HOG. It is great to see Red still able to deliver this caliber of match all of these years later. 8.5-9+ |
