Bill Irwin, I believe, is very underrated, and many people associate him primarily with the failed "Goon" character. He didn't have much success prior to his re-debut, sometimes appearing in the WWF only as a jobber, but I find him very talented, and in this match against Tito, for whom his best years in the WWF were behind, but he was still a great athlete, Bill was able to put on a decent performance."
