Jun Saito vs. Suwama

[7.0] "Good match in front of a largely uninterested crowd. I was happy to see Jun get the win to advance here as I don't need to see many more, if any, Kento/Suwama matches. Suwama had a good tournament but is clearly on the way down so it was the right result. ***1/2"

[6.0] "Suwama worked very hard to put Saito in a position to succeed, and in the last minute or so it finally clicked - Saito's offense looked good and his victory was decisive. The crowd was even chanting for Suwama by the end, as they figured that Saito was the one who was dominating and setting the pace. It's gonna be interesting to see what his match with Kento is going to be."

[7.0] "Another impressive performance for Jun Saito who had the chance to go in the finals, the only thing he had to do was beating Suwama who also had all his chance to go in the finals. Both didn't waste time to hit each other hard with chops, elbows and lariats with Suwama having slightly more the advantage in the exchanges but Saito never looked slouch and had his moments too. Suwama mocking Jun Saito with the Sumo chops was interesting, maybe he didn't Saito as seriously as he should have because at the end Jun was the better man and showed to the legend that he had what it takes to go to the finals - ***1/2"

[6.0] "A good solid match here and probably my second favourite match of the night, but still, nothing happened that was gonna light the world on fire."
