402.05.2025epaff9.0Just a ton of fun. Can understand why it might not be for some, but I had a blast watching this. These four just went pedal to the floor from even before the bell rang all the way through this thing. Back and forth action with these ladies flying all around the ring, and outside it, for 22 minutes, perhaps not the most nuanced tag match ever but I can't think of many that can match the pace and excitement level of this one. 4.5
517.02.2025FelipeTalksGraps8.0[4.0*] Yeah man, this was phenomenal. It is funny because I was never going to watch it, I was making my Top 10 of the month and I compared it with the CageMatch one, and I saw that I had not seen this one, so I watched it as an obligation, I had no real interest when I started. But man, they earned my interest and admiration. Holy shit, how the hell they did all of that? I mean, I often complain about choreographed matches, and this is obviously 22 minutes of pure choreography, but they do it so perfectly in a so so so so fast pace that it blew my mind completely. It was more impressive than those CMLL insane matches in terms of execution. Man, it was just a crazy ride, at each sequence I was more and more impressed. It is completely about the moves, sequences and chemistry, so I would never give it a 5* because it lacks a lot of stuff too, but the whole thing is so impressive as a showcase that this will make my Top 10 of May. One of the most impressive and insane choreography I have seen on this sport.

712.02.2025Thenwoagedbadly10.0Sometimes booking in wrestling is very simple. Literally all Stardom had to do was pair Crazy Star with FWC, give them plenty of time and let them handle the rest. Fast, ultra fluid with some fantastic sequences, this match is an absolute cracker. Mei in particular is absolutely on fire and even remembers this time to sell Hazuki's submission move on her (and we also get some mini sequels to their singles bout which is most welcome). In fact, this match is so great it may be well be one of Stardom's best ever tag team matches with Mei and Suzu somehow topping their stonker against Sera and Kurumi in the 2023 Goddesses Tag League. The lead up was excellent too with it building from the Queendom four way match and giving all four super workers multiple occasions to work with each other. Hopefully Stardom can harness the energy from this match and begin putting their tag team title scene back together.

2005.09.2024danzitorock7.0This was a fun spotfest, of course it had a lot of things that I'm not a huge fan of, some unnecessary no-sells and bad executed moves, but overall I think it was good, specially the false finishes, a lot of emotion there, and the action was frenetic all the time, really fast pace. The over-choreographed stuff really pisses me off, and I think it unfortunately prevailed over the stiff moves and the drama, but the match had some great moments for sure, I've enjoyed some really nice stuff they did - {***1/4}
2131.08.2024Shadow Explosion4.0This has every trope I hate that Stardom does nowadays. The no selling germans suplexes, the weak strikes that they have to cover up with by thigh slapping, and a way too long run time for what they were trying to achieve. I love Hazuki, she's one of the best wrestlers in the world, but she has to be brought down by Suzu Suzuki's level, where Suzu does literally all those tropes in every match. Mei & Hazuki had some fun interactions tho so I can't entirely hate it. **

3904.06.2024lastplaneout9.0An excellent match! Superbly choreographed and executed with dramatic spots, near falls, hot tags, and tandem offense (and importantly, the audience is living and dying by all of it). There is a sense that either team could win right up until the final sequence. Mei Seira, in particular, looked like a million bucks here. I'd love to see a rematch sooner rather than later.

4624.05.2024vel8.0Probably the best and most organic match of Crazy Star career. They always looked like two gifted individual stars teamed together for a random reason, and this is the first match where their superior skills seemed appropriate and became a cliff for the FWC and the people of Fukoka to climb. I'm not a big fan of FWC, but they really are a much cooler and more genuine team.

5319.05.2024Mizzle Assault Ant9.0Is it me or was everyone wearing different gear than usual here? As someone who only semi-regularly watches Stardom I use gear to remember who is who, people! But putting that aside, this was a really great tag match, well worth seeking out. Everyone involved did a great job pulling their weight and I couldn't tell you which team I thought did better, they seemed neck and neck in terms of giving a great performance. My only quibble is a spot which unfortunately seems to be growing in popularity once again, that ugly skull to skull headbutt. Just because Shibata eventually got his brain back together (sort of) doesn't mean it's a good spot! But other than that, great match.

6015.05.2024Kyle from TheMatchGuide7.0A really fun fast fast-paced tag match, but certainly not a MOTYC as others have said. A little bummed Crazy Star lost the tag belts so soon too, and Mei crying was tough to see. It'd be hard to describe anything that happened in this match, as it was a literal whirlwind of action. Maybe a little too much at times. Crowd was hot too, which seems rare for Stardom these days, so that was a plus I suppose. 3.75 Stars.
6114.05.2024ParagraphText9.0Felt like a real title match. But the room echo is very distracting. Mei Seira corner drop kicks were sick and the way Hazuki sold it was incredible.I think the little feet on the belly spot from Kaguma might not be appropriate for a title match, but that's just my opinion. Suzuki's fire and intensity was next level as usual. I absolutely love her and her work, but there is an appreciable difference between "big fight Suzu" and "house show Suzu." Hazuki, of course, absolutely delivered. The fact that she's not always at the top of the card has blown my mind for years. She did great work here. Landing on her feet in reversals, firing up like crazy before a pump kick. The back and forth high speed sections are super cool in this match, but don't scream tag team wrestling to me. The closing stretch of this match is spectacular. The spot where Hazuki gets irish whipped and turns it into a dive while Kaguma lands a high cross body on Suzu was absolutely sick. Then to immediately turn it into a dive and a top rope crossbody on the outside was even sicker.The little touches in this match really help it hit that next level for me. Mei going for the cover but only covering a single shoulder with her leg for Hazuki to lift the uncovered shoulder.Small mistakes lose championships. Showing small mistakes makes legends. In the end, all the women look positively exhausted and a basically unconscious Mei Seira gets pinned after taking a sick as shit Hazuki sheer drop brainbuster. The match ends with new champions and Mei Seira in tears from the emotion of the loss.

6713.05.2024GenerationalCreator9.0I loved every part of this match, from start to finish, it's 20 minutes where all the action is intense and fast, at fast pace, and the four shine in what is already one of my favorite tag team matches of the year and one of the best from the history of STARDOM! Being two local heroes from Fukuoka, I expected FWC to win the tag titles even if they didn't want to because Crazy Stars were in a newly started reign as Goddesses Of Stardom and demonstrated surreal chemistry from the beginning. Whether it was the insane exchange of elbows between Suzu and Hazuki, or Mei's high speed style, the fight was incredible, with all the necessary dose of action, callbacks and drama, and it was even a comforting moment to see Hazuki finally beat Mei Seira, even other than the singles title that I wanted so much. Whether it's the relentless exchange of moves, dives and tag chemistry, this match ROCKED! Seira's innovations in the Powerbomb and submission were impressive, and it's one of the reasons she's been the company's MVP for the year so far. The tag moves were great, especially FWC's Codebreaker which was amazing and hard. Mei crying with the defeat broke my heart, it wasn't a defeat I expected to happen so soon and I honestly feel unmotivated to know what's in store for Crazy Star. [4.5*]
6812.05.2024PuroresuLover7.0I can say that, objectively, this is a great match, but for some strange reason, I couldn't care much until the last five minutes, which took a bit of my appreciation, obviously. Still, this was fun, it has some excellent spots and both teams have unparalleled chemistry, which only made this even better. I love the near falls and the interactions between Suzu Suzuki and Hazuki. ****

7909.05.2024somerandommark10.0What a fucking match. The absolute best of what High Speed can be. All 4 women shined here. Koguma with her insane dives, Suzu with her brutal forearms, Hazuki by spiking each of Crazy Star on their damn heads (! ), and Mei... oh she was the star of the match, the emotional core of it, as she absolutely flew around the ring, bumping and selling like a champ! Suzu and Hazuki's exchange was full of intensity, while Mei injected High Speed life into the match whenever she was in there (she continues to be Stardom 2024 MVP... I cannot believe she is beltless now). There were some damn cool moves in this one, like Mei's creative submission and wild powerbomb, or FWC's stereo dives! And some crazy asssss bumps, like Koguma's damn bump off a Suzu german, or both of Crazy Star being spiked by codebreakers, to those final snug Brainbustaaaaas! Just awesome stuff. And Mei's emotions after the bell... you have to believe Crazy Star will be back with those belts soon enough! In any case, they should run this back, I'd put serious money down to see it!

9007.05.2024Oswuold9.0Excellent Joshi tag tema match, one of the best of the year so far. In the beginning it seemed like they were working for a mid-level match but after the first 5/7 minutes they started showing some really smooth sequences and luckly they went for 20 minutes that is something I wasn't sure about. The whole bout just flew by after the beginning. ****1/2

9207.05.2024Some Guy8.0Very good match for the Goddess title. The challengers FWC are in front of their hometown crowd, who fully supported them and gave the match a nice boost of energy with how they reacted. This was a lot of fun, it went at a fast pace and time flew by. The action was well done, but for a big chunk of the match it felt like the two teams were just trading moves for the sake of it. The final five or so minutes were great, with plenty of nearfalls and big double team moves. FWC finally got the win to a nice pop from the friendly crowd. Crazy Star are a good team and maybe could have used a longer reign, but it made sense to do the title change here. 8.5/10

9607.05.2024ShineyxDiver10.0An incredible, incredible match that shocked me to my core. I knew both Crazy Star and FWC are two of the best tag teams in the world alongside Team 200kg but goddamn this ripped. It was in a packed building and the crowd was thankfully super hot. These four women just rocked the buiyand didn't stop, and were completely smooth. The finishing stretch was so good it had me up pacing. This just might be Tag Match of the Year so far. Jesus. ****3/4
