[6.0] "It's sort of hard to judge this. On one side you have some awkward miscommunications with the ref on whether Kairi was legal or not which confused me, but on the other hand you have a chaotic match which is done in a pretty good way. I think this was a tad too long but it was still decent."
[6.0] "A good match with an obvious result because Jade & Bianca winning the titles is what most of us expected. The story of the match was also the obvious one with Belair as the face in peril until Jade got the hot tag to get the win for her team. They actually had Jade sell more than I thought she would in a match like this. There were some sloppy moments in the match where you could tell the referee was talking to Jade Cargill about some of the spots in the match, so maybe Jade was lost a bit. They got through it and it was an entertaining match overall."
[4.0] "Was not a big fan of this. Felt obvious what the plan was going into it. With the people involved I thought that this would be much better than it actually was."
[8.0] "If you can look past the ref stuff. I thought this tag match was very good. Asuka gutting this out on a bad knee to do a solid for Jade and Bianca. She deserves way more flowers for what she did here. You are so missed Asuka. Jade and Bianca looked like a super team. Kairi's selling and bumping for any of Jade and Bianca's offence was awesome. We will always cherish tag team wrestling over here. The kabuki warriors always did their best trying to make those tag belts mean something and I enjoyed the runs they have had as champs. Bianca Jade and then Bianca and Naomi did their damn thing by making these tag belts mean something.They were defended on ples more often than both men's tag belts. It wasn't until the rumble that the men's tag belts were defended on a ple. Thank you Bianca Jade Naomi Asuka Kairi for being apart of making the tag belts relevant again. This match rocked. ***3/4"
[8.0] "***3/4 (7.5/10) This was the beginning of the formula that would end up growing stale during Jade and B's first run with the tag titles. It was also the best version of the formula. That might have been the result of being given a ton of time (plus, and most definitely, the crowd was a factor), and it could have been way better if there wasn't that gap of confusion that occurred almost at the end of the match. to This day I still don't know who was lost because at first it seemed it was a work from Kairi, but then it seemed like the ref might have been lost, but then it seemed maybe Kairi was lost, then Jade looked lost, then everybody seemed lost, till Bianca had to come in and save the day, it seemed: most def the EST! The ref seemed to fumble his count at the finish, so when the ref f**ks up, I can't fault the talent."
[6.0] "Match was decent. Jade is very Green but still can put on a decent showing with her presence alone. Kairi and Asuka did their thing in the ring and it showed. They are both phenomenal talents."

[8.0] "That was not the best night for the ref, but stuff happens. Other than that and a couple of miscommunications it was a pretty good match. Jade Cargill looked good, that womanhandling of Kairi Sane looked insane; everyone else also did good, some cool spots in there."

The match was very good before he completely fucked it up and they took a lot of time to get back on track. When they finally got it, it ended. This was the worst match of the event, but far from a bad one, it was well produced and worked, Jade Cargill looked like an absolute superstar again, she's thriving in this WWE run so far, I loved that little DDT + Suplex combination with Belair, they made a great team, and Asuka & Kairi are very good and it's not hard to work a good match with them. This was excellent but had some miscommunications, some confused spots, the ref confused them a lot, and those mistakes were impossible not to notice - {***}"
[6.0] "[6] Good action but overall sloppy. Still not sold on Cargill, but I'm willing to give her the benefit of the doubt for the time being. The referee did really kill the pace of the match and seemed to confuse the women in the ring, which is unfortunate."
[3.0] "For most of the beginning it was a fine women's tag team match. But then suddenly some chaos happened and they didn't manage to overcome it. Especially Cargill who (as always unfortunately) was botching a lot. There were some good moments I don't say there weren't but these couple of minutes made them look like amateurs."
[6.0] "Definitely the weakest match on the show but all four women did fine with what they were given and it was pretty nice to see Jade WWE gold this early."
[6.0] "I think this match is better than people say it is. I do think the botches from Jade and the language barrier between Kairi & the referee did deduct points from this match. But I actually thought this was a decent match overall."
[6.0] "It would be easy to say the crowd helped this match, which would be true to an extent, but that is not the four women wrestled well. Jade has improved a lot from when she started, she even hit a springboard(! ) Now, there were some noticeable botches from time to time but Jade and Bianca had an amazing moment together."
[8.0] "This is the match I was looking forward to most because it's four wrestlers I care about and the least certain outcome, to my imagination. Energetic and competitive-feeling for the most part, but things got awkward with issues of who was or wasn't legal and... I dunno, it got a little weird and I'm not sure everything went to plan. [8.0] "This Tag-Team match was pretty entertaining to watch for the most part. We got to see Jade Cargill and Bianca Belair as a couple of powerhouses and the Kabuki Warriors showing out by throwing everything they got at them. So this was my second favorite match on the Backlash France card."

Putting the belts on Belair and Cargill makes sense as it raises the profile of Cargill, who is going to be a real star one day, and protects her because she really can't wrestle all that good right now. But this match wasn't very good and managed to make the team that went over look like chuckleheads and managed to make the Kabuki Warriors look like chuckleheads for losing to them. Hope at some point they can run it back because I believe these 4 could have a really good match sometime in the future."
[7.0] "Strong battle for the womens tag titles where Asuka & Kairi made a very good team work throughout the contest! Jades final maneuver to snap Sane was hella dope! Bianca capitalized on this to put down Asuka earning the belts"
[6.0] "undoubtedly the worst match of the show, the crowd was a little less heated, even if still at a fairly powerful level, the action was ok and ultimately it's a match that will not remain in the memories even if not unpleasant"
[3.0] "How this is rated so high is beyond me. Outside of Jade's finisher sequence this was pretty awful. Jade still just cannot be trusted to be in ring for extended periods of the match that aren't heavily scripted. She often looks completely lost and this showed once again in a spot with Kairi where they botched a move and Kairi ended up just weakly dragging Jade down to the floor into a leg hold. Kairi also had an awkward moment where she went for a pin as the non-legal woman. Jade should spend less time screaming about the haters and actually start improving. *3/4"
[5.0] "This really fell apart at a certain point when Kairi was supposed to tag in or something. I don't know whose fault it was but the ref didn't really help matters at all. Regardless of that I still think they pulled out a pretty decent match all things conisdered (Asuka injury, Jade's inexperience)."
[4.0] "The match was a big mess, largely due to the referee's confusion over the legal partner, which significantly impacted the game. Jade Cargill seemed very out of place, with numerous moments showing poor communication. Apart from the ending, which was enjoyable, the match was weak and didn't meet expectations."
[10.0] "To be honest, I'm quite surprised to see the lower ratings on this one. I thought this match was one of, if not the best women's tag team match in the history of the WWE women's tag team division. The story and structure of the match was perfectly executed, with the Kabuki Warriors being positioned as the more strategic and experienced tag team (which makes sense, considering they're multi-time tag champs and Bianca & Jade practically just met). However, as the match builds and the hot tags come into play, the sheer might and skill of Bianca and Jade becomes too overwhelming for the Kabuki Warriors, and they pull off the victory after an outstanding final stretch (those last few spots were insanely cool! ) Overall, I found this to be an exceptional tag team match across both men's and women's tag team wrestling, and think it deserves a sublime rating."
[6.0] "Kairi's miscommunication with the referee partially ruined this. First good defense for the women's tag champs in a long time. I like Jade, I think a lot of the people who criticize her are way too demanding. I'm good with what she can do, like the excellent build-up of her finisher at the end of the match. She and Bianca had to win, they're of a bigger dimension compared to the tag championships, they needed them just to not get lost behind the world championships situations at Raw (Becky vs Liv) and SmackDown (Bayley and Tiffany)."
[6.0] "A solid match for what it was, but that mess-up with Kairi Sane not being the legal competitor for her team definitely hurt this. On one hand, the referee just letting it go wouldn't have messed with the flow of the match, but I also think there would have been people online pointing out that she wasn't legal. On the other hand, that is prevented by having the referee make sure Asuka gets into the ring and actually tags out to get Sane back as the legal woman. I don't know. Either way, things were going good until then. That really messed up the flow of the match, but they were, luckily, able to get back in their groove after a little bit. I'm interested to see where this reign goes."
[7.0] "This match wasn't the most memorable of the show because of the mishap from Kairi's tag. Keeping that incident aside, this was a very solid battle where the result was inevitable. Jade was presented as a special attraction which is a fair move considering her inexperience in wrestling. Bianca did the heavy lifting for the most part, but the dynamic duo recovered from that bad gripe in style through an impressive display of moves. The final stretch was fun, especially the callback to Jade's exceptional transition to Jaded. 3.25 out of 5 stars!"
[4.0] "I've got very little to say about it - whilst I do think Cargill gets too much hate, having her and Belair take the belt just feels so... forced. There's no build-up to the team, and the match itself was really forgettable. I'm not sad to see the belt leave the Kabuki Warriors, they've had an overall pretty forgettable run. Hopefully the Belair-Cargill team is a little more interesting in the weeks to come."

She's somebody who would greatly benefit from something like the Coconut Loop, but her aura just doesn't allow for that, unfortunately. Hopefully it gets there."
[5.0] "Although everyone in the match is great, it just didnt seem to hit right. Hoping we can get better but there really were some sparks from both tag teams and that finish was crazy and insane."

Belair is solid here and Jade looks impressive at the end of the match with her showcase of power. There were some miscommunication spots here for sure and it did affect the match a bit. Easily the worst match of the night."
[5.0] "There were good dynamics in this match, and Kairi even seemed to give an added effort unusual for her in her recent run, but Bianca carried her team HARD. By the end the Kabuki Warriors came across as the one's deserving the win for being an actual functioning and active team. What was Jade doing when Bianca was repeatedly getting double-teamed? Why did jade sit on the floor so long after getting a weak hit from Kairi off the ring? Then there was the weird (what appeared to be) ref botch and ensuing several minutes of awkwardness trying to get back in the flow. There was good effort put into this, basically being to prop up Jade who clearly is not a good wrestler."
[8.0] "A very dynamic fight, despite the small errors, I think it is very satisfying to see the Kabuki warriors and Bianca Belair. Jade Cargill needs to have much more presence because otherwise she will be lost on the roster. usually a fight that is being totally undervalued."
[3.0] "Terrible match that was far too long for Cargill. There was just 3 minutes of constant botches in the middle which killed it. I understand the rush to get her on TV after her hot rumble appearance and there is massive potential Im sure, but that was brutal."
[8.0] "Honestly was a very good match. Other than the obvious referee mishap which is not any of the performers fault, the match went nice and everything about it exceeded my expectations. Glad they got time compared to other matches that included that belt."
[5.0] "A pretty basic match that seemed to have some odd moments and confusion. Nothing much to mention here outside of the title change and Jade looking great in getting Kairi set up for the finish. 2.5 stars at best."
[7.0] "I thought it was a good match, but also a bit disappointing because I've seen incredible matches from all four of these women so my expectations were higher. All very talented in their own right but they lacked the chemistry needed for a great tag match. And the referee nonsense was so confusing."
[3.0] "I thought this was quite lackluster even with the good crowd. Jade really needs to start taking bumps and have better selling. I get what they're going for with protecting her to cover her weakness and yes this Bianca tag is a good idea if it leads to a mania match between the two however I'm ready for Jade to be protected less"
[6.0] "Finally, they decide that Bianca and Jade Cargill will be crowned as WWE Tag Team Champions. A decision that before we thought impossible because we saw a rivalry between them, but they preferred to give this story and refresh a little Bianca who was always in the individual title scene. I don't expect much from this reign to tell the truth."
[5.0] "I did not mind this match, there were some very big exciting spots here, however there was also quite a few botches in this match which really broke up the momentum."
[5.0] "There was absolutely zero justification for this match going as long as it did, but it was actually good overall until the ref made a big deal about the legal person which is weird because modern wrestling doesnt actually care about that much. Most of the match was Kairi/Asuka working over Bianca, with Bianca getting a couple hope spots here and there. Jades hot tag was good, but as I mentioned before the match went off the rails for like 2-3 minutes. They did end up recovering and that finish from Jade was impressive, solid match despite but the awkward moments.**3/4"
[6.0] "[3.25*] The match had some very confusing moments and the wrestlers needed to communicate during the match, but the action in the ring, especially at the end, was really cool, Jade and Bianca are physically very dominant, so when they launch Kairi and Asuka they are always extraordinary moves, in fact This was one of Asuka and Kairi's best matches as a tag team since they returned as a team, their teamwork was very good. Jade Cargill's submission and KOD was one of the most beautiful she's ever done, her reversing and already making the transition to the KOD was SPECTACULAR, the most beautiful finisher of the match, a great victory for Jade and Bianca who are the new champions of Tag."
[8.0] "This was a fun match , I found some good enjoyment out of this, Kabuki Warriors were showing out in this , Kairi looked better and more natural in the ring. Asuka was great too with her strikes. Jade was sloppy here , it felt like she was working slow and there were some miscommunications here. Solid match , could of been better though."

[7.0] "I enjoyed this match more than I expected to going in. Yes it was pretty clunky and probably went 5 minutes or so too long but all in all i thought it came together in the end. Jade I feel like is getting better and Bianca is a star so I got hope their tag title reign is going to be good. Kairi and asuka did their best with what they were given so now that their title reign is done Im hoping they get back to being singles competitors which what they should be. Solid match I enjoyed it although it was a bit clunky and all over the place for a bit there but they pulled it together by the end. 3.5/5"

Good to see Jade Cargill in something OTHER than a squash match for a change, but the longer match definitely showed how green she still is. It's probably smart of WWE to put her in a tag team championship with Bianca, so she can continue to establish her bona fides with a title while Bianca helps carry her on her shoulders..."
