I love the little moments like where Vader takes off his mask then starts coming for Sting on the apron, giving Davey Boy the chance to desperately try and drag Vader down by his leg (to no avail). It makes things look so much less choreographed - like they aren't just going through a series of moves that they've remembered - and is a quality that I really miss in wrestling these days. Even Sid has some really good moments here - his selling while he's caught up in the ropes like a see-saw is great. It's just a really fun match all around, with a great sense of physicality and a strong line-up of stars, and the dynamic of two monster heels against two superhero style babyfaces is always going to catch my attention. Very entertaining main event on an otherwise flat show."

[8.0] "This is a good old star powered Tag Team Match. Two most over heels in the company and two most over babyfaces (not counting Flair) going at it and the crowd goes absolutely bananas for the most part. I loved the pairing of Vader and Sid - they had a great chemistry with each other and it's not like only the world champion was carrying the bout on their part, as Sid was understanding the business much better than during his first days in WCW. Davey Boy and Sting on the other hand brought a lot of energy into this and once again Bulldog's power moves alone were incredible to watch, especially this Vertical Suplex on Vader. Really good stuff - they put the biggest stars out there and just let them entertain the crowd."

Sting was the star of the match but everyone did their part. I am surprised at how fun this was for a match that rarely gets much love or talk historically."

[9.0] "Oh my god! I would have bet money that this match couldn't get more than a 7 from me, because I am the biggest Sid detractor you will ever find. Fortunately he is the least active guy in the match and is even having a decent night for himself, but the beauty of this comes from the other three guys. Davey has some awesome power spots (a delayed vertical on Vader! ) and Sting is magic when he's in there with Vader, and oh boy Vader, he is at his absolute peak and just massacres anyone he touches, unbelievable strikes and blows, plus a picture perfect Vader Bomb and the first ever PPV VADERSAULT! The finish sequence is seriously mindblowing, perfect timing and execution for the whole last stretch. Goofy mini-movie in the build notwithstanding, this is an underrated match and shockingly fun to watch, I never expected it."

Vader had my MVP for this whole show until Sting swiped it from him with his dive into the ring over the top to break up Vader pinning Davey Boy after a sweet Moonsault. Sid sucked here. At least the show ended with a good match."

[7.0] "It was the match of the night in my opinion, which I wasn't expecting heading into this show. Sting took it to the heels right from the start and took the crowd with him. Vader was the highlight of the match for me, looking great and even delivering his crazy moonsault in the process. Bulldog also looked good with his power moves. Sting was electrifying as a babyface as usual. Sid was the least impressive part of this match, yet he still did his job nicely I think. Not many people expected Vader to eat the pin given how protected he (rightfully) was as the World Champion, but I'd say it was the right finish as it came out of nowhere after the illegal Sting interfered by saving the pin after the moonsault. Bulldog countered a Samoan Drop attempt into a crucifix and pinned Vader, thus earning a rematch at the World Title after beating Vader by DQ at Slamboree. Good stuff! [***1/2]"

[8.0] "This match is just fun. It's a great spectacle to see four larger than life characters in the same ring. This was arguably Vader during his peak in the west and seeing him mix it up with the equally powerful and fast Sting and Bulldog is an incredible sight. Despite not having the in ring skill of the others, Sid is perfectly fine here too and more than fits in to this huge tag team clash. A highly recommended time capsule into what made the WCW main event scene so great in the early 90s."

Sid Vicious was the only letdown of the match, they tried to protect him as much as possible, but he wasn't trying to wrestle at all. Good match with a satisfying ending. ***"
