The spots were fucking huge and phenomenal, like Chuck powerbombing Trent on the glass of the car, or Trent piledriving Chuck on the top of the car, but I feel like the transitions from one spot to another were kinda sloppy and strange. I do not fucking know why they had only 10 minutes on a filler-ass card where their match was the only thing that mattered, maybe the Big Bill squash should have been cut off, but it seems like the only bloody feud of the show was the thing cut off, it is a shame. They still gave their lives to it and took some dangerous bumps. |

Trent manages the win and then takes things even further by smashing Chuck's injured ankle with a foreign object. |

| 44 | 12.05.2024 | gamzee | 8.0 | pretty solid hardcore parking-lot match with buckets of blood and plenty of dramatic moments. easily the most i've cared about a match on rampage in years, trent and chuck have been building this turn for several years through their own matches, orange cassidy's matches, and even on being the elite (where trent was constantly an asshole to every other member of the best friends). heel trent works really well, and though it's a shame chuck is seemingly being written off tv with this match, the spot after the match where trent breaks chuck's ankle with a monkey wrench was brutal in the best way. i only wish this blowoff could have been on a pay-per-view or dynamite instead of on rampage! EDIT: it seems as though this was chuck taylor's retirement match. a very solid way to go out in that regard |

Das kommt im Aftermath dann kurz rüber, aber das Match ist so meines Erachtens nicht ausreichend. Intensität hier und da noch mit ein paar Lücken, aber das sind die üblichen Probleme, die ich mit Chuckie T halt habe. |

Die Vorgeschichte nahm es ihnen ab, hier im Match mit einem angeschlagenen Chuck Taylor noch viel erzählen zu müssen. Stattdessen ging's von Spot zu Spot und da waren einige gute dabei: Trents Elbow von einem Autodach zum anderen, der Lighttube Bump von Chuck, die Powerbomb auf die Windschutzscheibe und auch der finale Piledriver auf das Autodach. Und ordentlich Juice gab's auf beiden Seiten auch. Einerseits etwas kurz für einen endgültigen Abschied von Chuck Taylor, andererseits brauchte es hier eigentlich nicht mehr Zeit, um das zu zeigen was man wollte. Ein schöner Hardcore Brawl. |

These guys were insane and had such great spots, Chuck powerbombing Trent through the car window was incredible. Trent DESTROYED Chuck on top of the car with a Piledriver, it was a really brutal and violent match, Chuck and Trent went far in the bad blood and delivered a great match. |

I appreciate that they didn't try to make things too dramatic and have mid-match promos to bash the story over our heads.
