[4.0] "There was some real good heel work here by Austin and Pillman, but god damn this match went on and on and on. I thought it was never gonna end. The work here does not justify its length only detracts from it."

[5.0] "I'm going to be a bit harsh here. While the wrestling was solid, there was absolutely no way that this needed to go damn near 30 minutes (particularly when this is about to be followed up with a 30 Minute Iron Man Match between Dustin and Rude...). There was nothing that was outright 'bad', but it was just so incredibly uninteresting that I couldn't bring myself to care. It didn't help that it seemed like the bulk of the match was being worked by Paul Roma. While on a technical level everything looked good, I don't think I can bring myself to give a positive rating to this considering they completely failed to keep me engaged for anywhere close to the runtime of this match. Disappointingly dull."

[7.0] "They did a fantastic job of making it feel like a huge fight in the first few minutes. They were playing mind games with each other and it was enjoyable enough to watch, but then they backed it up with a good tag team wrestling. Arn was obviously the leader of the whole thing, but Pillman and Austin already knew what they were doing and Roma's athletic abilities also got him over. Austin was showing some more personality compared to his first days in WCW and his relationship with Brian has been really fun to watch. So overall good stuff, they really filled these almost 30 minutes very well."

[9.0] "Did not expect to enjoy this match on this level but they really used the long running time of the match to build slow and really fit some fantastic stuff in there. Arn, Austin, and Pillman are all great and Roma, though far from perfect, is probably about as good as he ever was in WCW. The drama really heightens by the end and the crowd is hot. A shocker for me but now I think this match is tremendously overrated, and with three bonafide legends in their prime (and also Roma) why on earth not?"

[4.0] "I'm gonna be an outlier here and say that I really didn't think this match was that good, and this was only just fine. This match here made me understand the Paul Roma as a Horsemen hate. This was too much a Horsemen match without the Horsemen to pull it off and should've been more the Hollywood Blondes pace. I could not fully get into this. The Hollywood Blondes felt like they could do more."

[5.0] "The New Four Horsemen were the weakest iteration of the Four Horsemen. This match is a symbol of that. The Hollywood Blonds were a great team and even they couldn't get a good match out of this group. I zoned out about 5 minutes in and stopped caring about this match at all."

[6.0] "At first I thought this would be a great match, I was particularly impressed with the Hollywood Blonds and how charismatic both of them were. The action in the ring was good, but in the second half of the match it started to drag. Maybe it had something to do with building a Paul Roma hot tag in a 26 minute match. [***1/4]"

[7.0] "Best match of the event, the Hollywood Blondies were incredible, their face to face with a fan during the match was nice to see. Simply a good tag team match with a different version of the Horsemen. ***1/4"
