24 | 20.10.2024 | FelipeTalksGraps | 7.0 | [3.25*] I am surprised that this has a higher rating here than their first encounter which was a lot more compelling and complete in my opinion. It was a very good Finisher War with huge vibes and it almost made my Indication List, but wrestling-wise it was the most poor of the three matches, despite still being a very good main event. Trick deserves the world. |

32 | 09.08.2024 | Laceydj | 5.0 | A poorly worked match. You could see Ilja having to carry Trick through it and at times the splits started to show at the seams. Trick has great potential but a long way to go before he properly fulfils it. Ilja is a great performer and did his best here. Reasonably match but too sloppy at times to keep the illusion going. |

49 | 08.06.2024 | BradJohnson34 | 2.0 | Hardly a fitting way for Ilja to lose his title after we've seen him battle so valiantly and persist through much longer and more harrowing challenges than this one, but at this point I think the shorter the match is the better for Trick and all concerned. Anticlimactic at its best, sloppy and dangerous at its worst. Scary spot when Trick lands right on top of Ilja during the sunset powerbomb. And then just moments later Trick seems to try to catch Ilja coming off the top rope in a powerbomb but they almost miss each other entirely and barely touch. Awful commentary from Booker T and whats-his-face throughout. |

51 | 06.06.2024 | PapaGus | 6.0 | Well worked by both of them, delivering an entertaining decent finish to their story. Not a bad match, but pretty hard to rate higher because of its lenght. Ilja losing after a single finisher in a match this short feels like bad booking, since it was Ilja's last match on NXT, but in the end it's an understandable decision. |

59 | 19.05.2024 | NiesamowitePL | 6.0 | I know that Trick has been over with the audience lately, but in my opinion it was simply written wrong. In the end, Ilja sold more finishers to Trick, and he digs it out himself, only makes one and pins it. It hurts even more considering the length of this fight and it was supposed to be Ilya's goodbye to the title, it turned out to be anticlimactic. |

79 | 04.05.2024 | RealGrapsThomsen | 8.0 | This was one hell of a face vs face match, explosive, electric and back and fourth. I personally wish this match was a little longer, but this is still awesome. The two have amazing chemistry, and the finish was an amazing callback to their match at Vengeance Day. |
80 | 04.05.2024 | Vinny Santos | 8.0 | Great match, I wished it was a little longer, but still a was great. I really hope Ilja find sucess in the Main Roster, dude is so great. (****). |
81 | 04.05.2024 | GoldLiger | 9.0 | This is how you get a Face vs Face match to get big and violent, make it over respect for the title and the promotion, Title vs NXT Career was the way to go. As an extension of their last title match I think this works a lot better than it would if this was Trick's first attempt at the title. These two just have some insane chemistry, they beat the hell out of each other and look truly pained as they fight through it. Little moments of Ilja getting the worst on big spots, and the callback to their last match's finish with Trick coming out faster this time, what a killer match. The crowd is nuclear for it too, the small NXT venue was hotter than most weekly TV crowds in recent memory for this one. Excellent way to progress Trick in NXT while getting Dragunov ready to make moves on the main roster. ****1/4 |

83 | 04.05.2024 | celticinvader | 9.0 | Seen the argument that this was just a finisher spam match but there was so much more story here than that implies. Two men who deeply respect each other having to put that aside to either keep the title or keep their place in the company. Great storyline, well performed by the two workers, especially Ilja who perfectly sold not wanting to drop the belt. Match was great too, a little stiffer than their 5 star match at Vengeance Day, but athletic enough and full of great moves and a hot crowd. |

86 | 02.05.2024 | Prince Osborne | 8.0 | Of course, it was a shell of the Vengeance Day encounter, but it created a memorable moment in NXT's history. These lads stepped up, delivered the best hits from their previous battle, made the crowd serenade for their wish to happen, and left the place on a high note. Huge props to Dragunov for bringing the best out of Trick in all of their battles, but it's about time for Trick to be crowned and evolved as their poster star. Sometimes, a simple and practical story with a well-deserved ending reaps the best response and the massive outburst of the crowd proved that fact! 4 out of 5 stars! |

91 | 01.05.2024 | Hatim | 6.0 | This wasnt a match where the result was in any serious doubt and in this case there is nothing wrong with that. Williams is not the most polished wrestler, but he is someone the fans are going to respond to. You cannot fake that kind of a connection with the crowd and NXT is cashing in on it, as they should have. |

97 | 29.04.2024 | diarchtct | 7.0 | Ilja Dragunov is fantastic but he could not carry Trick Williams to a great title match who disappoints again after Stand & Deliver. Williams was insecure and missed his timing a few times in the first half of the match. Dragunov, who should be the experienced veteran in the match, made the mistake to not pin Williams when he had the chance to. I don't find any explanation why that happened though, it just happened because they needed to get the title off of Dragunov because he will be drafted next week. There was no in-story explanation why Ilja suddenly made a rookie mistake against a rookie, costing him the match. His hand was injured but that shouldn't stop him from trying a pin. Otherwise the match was rushed (12 minutes minus commercials isn't enough to tell the story of a big title change properly), the small crowd certainly tried everything to get this match over, but I expected better here and am worried about Williams being the one who now won't get carried, but has to carry other inexperienced workers. *** |
