[2.0] "Just awful, awful meme wrestling. The only reason I don't consider this as the worst match of the show is because GCW (as usual) falls into this same trap later on in the card. Can we be done with irony wrestling? Can we just revert to the days of two people who want to kick ass to prove who's the best and get the winner's purse? Why is this a thing. There was no punchline, the punchline could only extend as far as the match announcement. Unfortunately at some point the bell has to ring. Why in gods name did this go 9 whole minutes? 0.75 of a star."
[3.0] "One whole point of my score is just for the bit where Blue Pain tried to push Matt Cardona off of the stage in a wheelchair. This one jumped the shark somewhere around when the fake Zack Ryder came out, turned on Cardona, then turned on Blue Pain. At that point it was hats on hats on hats on hats."
[3.0] "I went into this match knowing it was going to be a comedy match, but I was expecting it to be actually funny. This was my first time seeing Blue Kane/Pain and I get that his gimmick is supposed to be a joke, but it just wasn't funny to me beyond the image of seeing Kane but blue and flabby and hearing his billed info from the ring announcer. Matt Cardona's schtick at the beginning of the match was admittedly funny and reminded me of RVD in ECW after he appeared on Raw, but beyond that, Cardona's actual antics in the match were mediocre at best. Throw in some pointless interference with pointless fake heel/face turns and an almost horribly botched fireball spot and you've got a recipe for a dumb and pointless match that only exists for the joke of it being on the card."
[4.0] "This started alright but they ran out of things to do by the end with run-ins, fake heel turns, fake face turns, and a fireball spot almost gone horribly wrong. Jimmy Lloyd can be funny and take bumps, Steph De Lander can not. It's hard to appreciate "sports entertainment" when the production quality is so low."
[4.0] "Not bad for a comedy match, but this still fell a bit flat for me. I wasnt really a fan of the WWE era this was playing tribute to, so I wasnt really the audience for this one. The highlight for me was Broski Jimmy. Jimmy Lloyd is a lot of fun with his commitment to his role."
[8.0] "The GCW Sports Entertainment era is here. Cardona and SDL get an awesome entrance, befitting a Mania weekend and not done anywhere else outside of WWE this weekend. Blue Pain (Kane) is mediocre, but Cardona carries it with his ability to tell a story. Jimmy Lloyd takes the wheelchair bump and Cardona finishes his story. Silly, not to be taken seriously, and thoroughly enjoyable"
[6.0] "This was fun and incredibly silly. If you are familiar with those involved, you know what to expect here. This is not a match to be taken seriously. It was fun & funny."
[6.0] "fun comedy match. Blue Pain didn't look the best but death match royalty are a bunch of goofballs that more than made up for it. Cardona kept saying hes finishing his story so he has me wondering if he signed somewhere cause it did feel like a sorta tribute to his career so far"
