[4.0] "An alright battle royal, kind of on par for how they usually go, nice little bit of comedy and action but these matches are not setup for greatness. 4/10"
[4.0] "This was very sloppy and a basic botchfest, it was lazily booked and no flow within it, also way too short. There was also like four more people advertised for this and they werent there for some reason."
[2.0] "Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royals haven't been nearly as important no more for as long as it been a thing and this one was no different, it all felt way rushed, nothing good happens and it felt it just exists."
[2.0] "[1.0*] Very bad match where a lot of advertised people did not show up, like Andrade. After this one I took the show off and only returned on WWE HOF. Explaining myself for the adms to please do not think I am only evaluating this one for tribalism. This was the most interesting thing on paper and the one I watched. At least the winner was cool but the match was dreadful, god awful."
[1.0] "Easily the worst Andre Memorial Battle Royal, & probably the worst battle royal I've ever seen. I'm usually a fan of these matches, but no this one. It felt rushed and unimportant with missed eliminations."
[4.0] "It wasnt bad but the Andre the giant memorial battle royal doesnt feel important at all anymore especially since its on smackdown and the only former world champion in this match was Jinder Mahal who got eliminated in 90 seconds."
[5.0] "This match was ok, just a little match to use the wrestlers who arent in mania, alright not the best battle royal, but I liked the final . 3.5/10, 2.25 stars"
[5.0] "I legitimately believed Tozawa had been seriously injured when he was thrown out of that ring. Seeing this many men in a ring together is always a spectacle, particularly when you have massive men like Otis, Omos, Bronson Reed and the Authors of Pain all at the same time. Omos is my guilty pleasure wrestler; I love seeing him so sparingly because it makes him feel like more of a special attraction, like he's this frightening giant man who only comes out every so often to beat people up. Devastated to see Pretty Deadly wrecked so early, but their spot *was* funny at least. However, with this amount in the ring the overall quality really suffers. Ivar and Ricochet looked fantastic in particular but nearly everybody else just seemed like they were going through the motions."
[5.0] "An extremely average match that utilized apparently every male wrestler on the roster who management deemed deserved a spot at Wrestlemania but couldn't fit on the weekend cards. MVP has to be Akira Tozawa in this match considering the crowd was into his comedy act and his elimination looked butal. Although I personally would have rather seen Ricochet or Otis going over here to get them back looking like potential stars but Bronson Reed is a good choice as well. 2.5 stars at best."
[3.0] "Normally a battle royal fan but this one was not good. Best part about it was Bronson winning but the issue was so many eliminations were either sloppy, botched or meaningless. Only well-done eliminations I remember were Ivar and Ricochet's. Glad Tozawa is not seriously injured."
[4.0] "Mixed battle royal, and it is definitely hurt by being put on SmackDown and not even on the Mania Pre-Show. The mini-Meat Mania ending was fun & Tozawa really stood out, as did Omos murdering McDonagh, but eliminating Omos during the ad break, and giving nothing to Gable or Ricochet hurt. Honestly even putting it in the ad-free hour of Raw, right after the Bloodline/Seth segment would've given it more shine"
[2.0] "Imagin you put the giant Omos in a battle royal and no one benefits from eliminating him because he eliminates hismelf. Imagin pretty deadly beating Orton and Owens last week but runnng away from a match this week like comedy jobbers. Imagin you miss half of the eliminations because of bad camera work and because some of them happenned during the break... Maybe the worst battle royal I've ever seen outside of reverse battle royals and other stupid ideas. Definitely not fitting of the hype for this wrestlemania"
[5.0] "I was kinda surprised to see this rated so poorly because I thought it was pretty average. The little bit of meat madness towards the end was actually a lot of fun and I wish there was more of a focus on it. Although I do have to wonder what the point of having this battle royale on Smackdown is when I thought the whole point was to get lowercard talent a Wrestlemania spot."
[2.0] "[1.5*] At this point it no longer makes sense for this battle royale to exist, this was the worst battle royal I've ever watched, the vast majority of participants were jobbers or guys with no television time, the eliminations were terrible and rushed and were zero creative. Devlin and Tozawa's elimination bumps were good but they are the only really good things about the match."
[4.0] "I mean, this happened, I guess. It wasn't absolutely terrible, but it wasn't great either. Despite that, I'm very glad Reed got the win. Of course, I'd like him to be on the WrestleMania card. However, I'd rather him do this than nothing at all. Whether it's on the WrestleMania card or not, this is still a nice accomplishment for his resume and I hope this is the beginning of things to come for him."
[4.0] "This was a disappointment, but usually, Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royals are never anything special. I think it's time to either move the battle royal back to the Wrestlemania Kickoff show or just nix the idea altogether, this isn't really fun to watch anymore. Also, why did Omos get eliminated DURING THE COMMERCIAL BREAK? ! that's just ridiculous and if he was supposed to get eliminated, at least have it on TV damn it. I'm really happy that Bronson Reed got his moment after not being able to wrestle in his home country two months ago. But just because the right wrestler won doesn't make this any better. I'll give credit for the final four ending sequence, it was actually good with fun athleticism from the big men."
[2.0] "A very bad battle royal. There were only a couple of good parts to this. One was at the start when Pretty Deadly were trying to attack Omos while everyone else stood around watching, that was funny. The other was near the end when Otis, Ivar and Bronson faced off. Tozawa had the best performance out of anybody. I do suspect he was actually supposed to win because when he was eliminated, Ivar tossed Tozawa to the floor and overshot Otis who had no chance to catch him, and everyone stopped for a minute not doing anything. The rest of the battle royal was awful. Multiple people eliminated themselves in the most obvious ways possible. Omos was eliminated during a commercial break. Come on now, how do you screw that up? Bronson Reed winning is fine, if predictable. 2/10"
[3.0] "I can't rate this lower because at least the in-ring performance was decent, but this has to be one of the saddest and lamest matches I've ever seen. How can WWE use the name of André The Giant to do this garbage when they throw all their jobbers and lowcarders (it doesn't speak well that basically all the tag team division except those competing at WrestleMania were here) and three midcarders and they start throwing people out like they don't mean a thing since the very beginning. Pretty Deadly can me much more than just two goofs. How can someone take Legado del Fantasma seriously with two of their members being wasted in less than 10 seconds? WWE already learn Omos is just the big guy attraction to be used in Battle Royals and he doesn't have any other role than that. Even his elimination was during commercial and made the Creed Brothers look like crap. Ricochet being eliminated by JD in a dirty way just to get JD eliminated right after was so crap. I don't get why they can't give JD his NXT gimmick and let him do some great character work instead of being an useless idiot. Bronson Reed only won this because WWE doesn't know what to do with him. He is a perennial solid mid-carder that barely gets title shots given how much difference of status is between him and Gunther. Bronson has no purpose right now, so the only actual award they could give him to make him gain a bit of momemtum was this. What I don't understand is how WWE didn't think of give it to Bron Breakker, someone that got signed to the main roster 3 months ago and only got two squash wins and a promo showcasing how much of a destroyer he is. This match was made for him to destroy all the competition and start his push in the main roster and they didn't even feature him at all. What a true waste of time, horribly booked. (* 3/4)"
[4.0] "Well, it was bad. It seems that they didn't want anybody that had any kind of momentum in it, except for Ricochet. Why not have guys like Andrade, Nakamura or Gable in here, except having mentally decided that it would diminishing for them ? Even more, most of the guys in here have been eliminated during the ad-break, which gives the idea that this have no meaning whatsoever. At least, the final 4 was a bit four, mostly thanks to Tozawa. 4/10."
[2.0] "Never before have I seen so many botches in a match. Enjoyed how bad this was, like it was objectively terrible but entertaining. I have to be fair and give it the score it deserves though and it could even be lower if it wasn't for the Otis vs Bronson vs Ivar and Tozawa being hilarious. Paul didn't even have the balls to give Tozawa the win, shame on him."
[5.0] "I chuckled from time to time, and the meat-fest at the end was fun to watch, but overall this was not the best battle royal that could have been executed. Folks were being tossed faster than the announce team could keep up with. Hardly anyone had a chance to shine on their own before being eliminated. If the whole of the episode is pressed for time, then move this to the 'Mania pre-show where it can breathe more. A lot of botched spots and missed timing as well."
[5.0] "Bit disappointed in this. Unlike some, I love battle royals. Some of the Andre battle royals over the years have been genuinely good matches. This one, not so much. Bunch of poor eliminations. Positive is that we got to see Otis, Ivar and Bronson have their meat-off and Reed was probably the right pick to win."
[3.0] "This is a poor battle royal, one of my favourite match types! Ghost eliminations where wrestlers are throwing themselves out. Not in the since of Elton Prince which worked but Humberto, Apollo Crews and Indus Sheer all poorly executing their elimination. Bad commercial timing also saw us miss Omos and Creed Brother eliminations live. Bad cutting missed Cameron Grimes go. The positives however.. More build up to Ricochet and JD having a feud. We got MEAT MANIA with Otis, Ivar and Bronson. Akira Tozowa takes a nasty bump but is thankfully ok. Very glad that Bronson got the win. No Andrade, Nakamura or Gable who were all advertised for this.. Understand no Andrade but where are the other two?"
