[6.0] "Some fun spots and big moves, but not enough to justify the 20+ minutes. Poor Old Age struggled to work together, given the egos of Suwama and Kento. Suwama usually ends up doing more damage to Hideki Suzuki than to his opponents. Enjoyable, but it did drag in spots. AJPW has done really well booking its younger guys and Anzai specifically has been positioned as a bit of a killer, with few people kicking out of his bridging German suplex hold."
[7.0] "This was a really fun main event rather than anything particularly great. It all fell apart for old age in the closing stages that allowed the young 'uns to take advantage and Anzai to get the pin on Suwama. That lad is going to have a hell of a 12 months the way they are setting him up."
[8.0] "This was very well worked, very well paced, and told a great story. The highlight of the bout is probably the section in the middle when the three vets beat the living piss out of Anzai, but can't just couldn't put him away. The story from there of the old-timers not being able to work together because their egos, but the young guys gelling was great. Yuma pinning Suwama was definitely the right finish with his triple crown challenge forthcoming. Great main event."
