[5.0] "[2.5*] Solid match between Mistico and Angelico. This was very good in terms of technical wrestling and the action was very fluid, but it also did not have a proper climax and the progression felt really weird and rushed."
[5.0] "Interesting match, nothing against Angelico, but I think Mistico deserved someone more important, it's incredible how every big name from other company loses in AEW and when they should win Tony makes someone that only wrestled at AEW Dark or Elevation to eat the pin. This had good technical and fast-paced sequences - {**1/2}"
[5.0] "I wasn't as into this as I would have liked. I feel like Angélico especially could have done better here. Every time I seem him on AEW, I feel that way. He feels rather slow with certain movements in the ring, which feels a bit disappointing considering that he's capable of more, in my opinion."
[5.0] "Okayes Match.Hier hab ich doch mehr erwartet.Angelico wirkt etwas behäbig, aber Mistico versucht das Beste und agiert auch nur mit angezogener Handbremse, zudem war das Finish verbotched. **1/2"
[4.0] "Die beiden Herren präsentieren hier Moves, bis es dann irgendwann einfach vorbei ist. Angelico kann ich zwar kum etwas abgewinnen, aber sein Selling für Mistico ist gut hier. Dessen Offensive passt. Schnell verdautes Match. Passabel."
[6.0] "Another solid match here. I don't mind Mistico getting some time to shine. Angelico getting spotlight is pretty cool; he's always been an underrated AEW OG. Mistico pulls out the win via his submission and becomes 4-0 in AEW."
[7.0] "Enjoyable little TV match here, perhaps a bit rough around the edges but that's not always a bad thing. Of course Angelico knows how to work well with a luchador, though his days of doing crazy dives off of Dario Cueto's office feel like about 50 years ago nowadays."
[5.0] "Fun match and nice to see Angelico get his Mistico match that he's wanted forever. They botched the finish and went right back to it, which always bothers me a little bit and brought this down from a 6 to a 5. Mistico clapping to get the crowd into it while he was selling popped me, that man is so used to being a God in Arena Mexico and will do whatever it takes to get the crowd into. I'm glad this was on TV, and I'm glad Angelico got the match."
[6.0] "[3.5*] I really like the choice of Angelico to face Mistico here, Angelico is great in these types of matches to leave another talent over. The match was interesting with good moments and good submissions from Angelico, Mistico as always did incredible jumps and he uses the ropes like no one else."
[6.0] "This could've been a lot better had the producer done a better job with regards to the pacing of the match, which felt lackluster, great showing for Angelico."
[6.0] "This could have been so much more than it ended up being. Mistico seemed especially botchy tonight and Angelico doesn't wrestle reqularly enough to keep his skills sharp."
[5.0] "This match was a little disappointing to me, I ilke both of these guys, but Angelico wasn't really good there, and honestly, Mistico is a High Flyer with 41 years old now, he's still great, but he's not the same anymore. (**3/4)."
[7.0] "I enjoyed this match. Angelico is so underused in AEW and Mistico is very good in the ring. Good to see the CMLL guys get a rare win over the AEW guys. Thought that this match had some good technical wrestling to go along with the high-flying moves."
[6.0] "Mistico on any show is GIANT treat. We love to see Mistico babyface fire. He works this standard run of the mill Luchadore ground based style and I think it's for the best. His flippy-dos all have major function and nothing seems done for no reason. His match up with Angelico was definitely a good choice. Angelico made him look like the star he his and didn't detract in anyway from the match. I'm a much bigger fan of Angelico than most people. Except for female fans because they are VERY vocal of their love for him. Well worked. Well received. Just a good match. Nothing more."
