While Matt Hardy wasn't a star on the same level as Chris Jericho or Triple H, they did what they could to make him look like something of an equal here, as all of them were world champions in WWE at the time. Up until the finish, Matt looked even with the other two, even giving some nice counters to Jericho. Even the post match was fun, with Jericho attacking both men and trying to cripple Matt with a ladder, but then Jeff Hardy comes out to save his brother, then tries a move from the ladder on Triple H, but Vladimir Kozlov got involved and took out both men. Ah yes, the Vladimir Kozlov push, I remember that. Pretty good match. ***1/2 |
