Roddy / Garcia's chain wrestling looks like two men who have done that shit A LOT in high school. Was solid. Staredown into the PiP. I love Christian getting heat on Daniel when he could with Trent writhing in the center of the ring. Roddy looks so strong torturing his opponents. The hot tag was kind of cold. Why didn't Cage go after Cassidy when he randomly decided to to after people in the corner? Everytime Danny Garcia touched Roddy, it was instant charisma. Can't wait for that match whenever it gets booked. It was a good sizzle match for a PPV happening the next day and I can honestly say I enjoyed it."

AEW should do more of these cross-faction tag matches because makes for some interesting stuff. Seeing Christian and Roddy work with other heels is cool stuff and likewise it was neat to see DG adn OC interact as faces now. (***1/4)"

It was weird to me to have both men not wrestling on the PPV involved in the fall, the loser makes sense but not the winner. Broke into an obvious brawl to end the show."

Christian Cage was good with his great heel work, always one of the most interesting in this kind of match and cant wait to see his match vs Garcia. Garcia was pretty good as the babyface in peril and Trent Beretta's hot tag was short but good. Some good build up here and there and a nice final match before Revolution - ***1/4"

The match quickly turned into a brawl that spilled on the outside, Strong hitting OC with the End of Heartache was the biggest highlight. One thing after another, the ref decided to focus his attention to the outside which led to a second interference finish on the show - it's unfortunate, but it led to a post-match where Daddy Magic got destroyed for some extra heat. It makes sense for the story, but I think another interference would bother some fans."

AEW kind of feels like it has run out of steam in the past few weeks in terms of the build after a month of very good TV and this match kind of sums it up. I can't imagine anyone is more excited for the PPV than they were going in."
