[8.0] "The excellent tag match you come to expect with the Young Bucks. The story became Ricochet injury his right leg on a dive to the outside, which the Young Bucks exploited. This eventually led to dueling Sharpshooters, but Ricochet was able to escape. Another nice spot was when Taguchi intercepted an attempted Meltzer driver with his 'funky weapon' butt in midair. Ricochet then sold the injured led well as he hopped his way up to the top rope on one leg and executed a picture perfect shooting star press for the surprising victory and a title change. While I'm not a big fan of Taguchi's overuse of his 'funky weapon, ' he used it well enough in this match while the other 3 in this match shined like they usually do. ****-****1/4"

[7.0] "Matt Jackson & Nick Jackson (c) -vs- Ryusuke Taguchi & Ricochet – (IWGP Junior Tag Title) [*** 1/4] If only…. if only…. if only they’d picked ANY other guy that Taguchi teaming with Ricochet. This would have been a tag MOTYC. But since he WAS there, it only became a very good match. Actually Taguchi wasn’t part of anything relevant in the match. For his team Ricochet was the one fighting with a bad wheel which the Young Bucks targeted in a cocky manner. That Sharpshooter moments was undoubtedly highlights of this affair. Felt real sorry for Ricochet there. But he got his revenge in a big way. He fought off the pain and with a tiny bit of help from his partner got in the position to land the Shooting Star Press for their big moment."

[7.0] "Those poor Bucks - they snatch and get detached from those Junior belts awfully quick; how many of those reigns were as transitional champs? But if one's going to lose it might as well be in a lovely, very well laid-out match like this in which once it broke from an antic-laden butt war, Ricochet masterfully sold his right foot-knee after a lovely flying quebrada, and the Bucks pounced. Their subsequent offensive heat segment was fantatic as Taguchi stayed out-of-the-way and the Americans took over. After the immense pressure placed on his knee, and the minimal abuse the Bucks took, I did not buy Matt laying on the mat, prone, a full twenty-seven seconds until Rico landed w/ his shooting star press. Nevertheless, I loved the inventive and ever-continuing heat segment. BUSHI-Hiromu should next take the belts, and who knows what the future is for the Jackon bros in NJPW... *** 1/2"

[8.0] "Really fun match with some great spots, Taguchi falling through the ropes ass-first being a notable one and I think Ricochet and Taguchi are a great time to carry the titles. Ricochet's leg selling may have been a little off towards the end but I still feel that it wasn't offensively bad, it was just a little nuance. Great to see a good team not called the Young Bucks or Roppongi Vice have the belts, hopefully they can put on some alright matches in the next few months. (****)"

[8.0] "Definitely not what I expected from this match on paper, in a good way. Such a good story told here, and the crowd went crazy for it. The work of the leg by the Bucks was fantastic, and Ricochet sold it like he could barely stand. Taguchi's hot tags and interjections were also awesome, especially the flying ass counter to the Meltzer Driver. The drama built so well and the finish was really great. Everybody just put in their all. ***3/4 to ****"

[9.0] "Fanatstic tag that shows how great all guys are. All of their strengths were played to and the crowd loved it. At this point you can no longer say the Bucks have no psychology or Ricochet can't sell. If you do, you're either ignorant or physically incapable of watching wrestling. Fantatsic match ****1/4"

[8.0] "Great to see a fresh team in the Jr. Heavyweight tag scene - Taguchi Japan's Ricochet & Ryusuke Taguchi made an awesome tag debut, as they killed it w/ the Young Bucks. Very good work by all men involved, Bucks were great as usual working over Ricochet, Ricochet was really good selling that & being his usual athletic self + I loved Taguchi's stuff in the match - especially that springboard FUNKY WEAPON move thing. Yes. This ruled. ***1/2"
