[7.0] "[3.25*] Awesome match that was this close from reaching a better range. The only problem is that it was way too short, if it at least hit the 10 min mark would have been even better."

"This is a really fun tag match that is fast pace and full of action! I think it shows off both teams properly while getting the fans really into the action! I think this match is a solid 8/10 for me!"

At one point, Ciampa and Gargano hit this combo kick/poison-rana thing that looked rad. Bate did the airplane spin on both opponents. Great near falls. Pete Dunne was a menace. Both teams earned the dap up they gave each other at the end."

I just can't get back into DIY after they spent so much time breaking up in increasingly ridiculous matches, plus Gargano in particular really wears on me now. As for Dunne and Bate, they're still talented but I swear Tyler Bate aged 20 years since joining WWE, their buzz just feels gone to me. The match was fine, not bad but short and I just wasn't feeling much excitement."

[7.0] "[3.75*] Four of WWE's biggest talents face off in this great tag match. I like the chemistry that Dunne and Bate have been building on the main roster as tag. Bate's giant swing on Ciampa while having Gargano on his shoulders was incredible, the pacing of the match was very good, with a lot of intensity and uninterrupted action, Gargano and Ciampa's sequences were great."

I'm sad that DIY isn't going to get the title shot though, I really hope they get a big title win soon. I saw someone on twitter say this was the most black and gold nxt match you could imagine, and I would generally agree."

[7.0] "Good match to determine the number one contender for the tag team titles. Bate and Gargano had a nice technical exchange at the start. The rest of the match had good, quick action which isn't a surprise considering who these guys are. Everyone had their moments to shine. Bate's giant swing/airplane spin combination is always cool to see. This could have used a few more minutes, it felt a bit short. Dunne got the win with the Bitter End. Made sense for British Strong Style to win since DIY already had a title match not too long ago. 7.5/10"

Both teams looked great and had great chemistry; they showed up and showed out. Having Bate & Dunne contend for the title was the right call, given that DIY already had a title match and lost not long ago. I hope that WWE allows the British Strong Style a title run on the main roster; they've earned it."

[7.0] "If these four guys can deliver this kind of action in under 9 minutes, just imagine if they had a bigger storyline and the stakes where higher. I'm a bit sad they didn't have the chance of putting on one of those TV bangers, but this was one of the best TV matches recently. Tyler Bate is insanely talented. I haven't seen a guy so natural in a wrestling ring like him. DIY are an amazing team and the chemistry between them and BSS was off the charts. Pete Dunne barely had action in the match, but he was in the main moments of the match, earning a huge match for them in a PPV. Match full of great non-stopping action, so much fun and a good showcase for what they can do if they give them the chance (*** 1/2)"

It's the type of match that is just GO GO GO the whole time with no real storytelling beats and just trying to get the crowd to pop as much as possible. It doesn't really feel like a genuine fight to me but more like a fight scene in a movie, theres a level of disingenuousness to the way Gargano and Bate wrestle that make it next to impossible for me to ever feel immersed in their matches."

[8.0] "This was a great tag team match which had that OG Black and Gold vibe to it. DIY and British Strong Style were expected to deliver a banger, and they certainly did. It easily lived up to our expectations, easily being MOTN. Johnny and Tyler showcased a technical masterpiece with their roll-up exchanges. Pete's Joint Manipulation added that bruiserweight flavor, which we all know and love. The match was filled with insane move exchanges among all four men. DIY consistently delivers MOTN tag team matches on the main roster, and this was no exception. From Stiff Punches to Knee Strikes, Discus Forearm Strikes to European Uppercuts. One memorable moment that stood out was the Poison Rana Bicycle Kick combo. Additionally, Tyler's Airplane Spin on Johnny while executing a GIANT SWING on Tommaso Ciampa which ignited the crowd a bit. The nearfall after a nasty Project Ciampa had me thinking DIY was gonna win but no Bate kicked out. The exchange of stiff punches between Ciampa and Tyler showcased their fighting spirit. The match concluded with a Slingshot Spear countered with a STIFF Punch followed by Pete hitting the Bitter End to secure the victory. Overall, it was a very fun tag team match but the crowd being a bit quiet kinda let it down a bit, solid 8/10 and MOTN. I highly recommend watching it."
