[7.0] "Super cool to see The Chosen Bros reunite here, even if it was spoiled by Cobb's nameplate showing up when Riddle made his way to the ring. Overall, this was a fun time. Riddle and Sabre exchanging holds and strikes was good, and seeing Cobb face off with Tito was entertaining as well."
[7.0] "Very fun match does a very good job at keeping you engaged and in-line with the story. There is definitely a feel of a standard tag-team match structure, but both teams do a great job at making every development in the match make sense, without making it predictable. Loved the beatdowns Riddle took, and the finish had him come out looking very strong."
[6.0] "[3.0*] Very good tag team match where everyone had time to shine and even Bad Dude Tito looked good. Zack is just on another level and was obviously the best of the match."
[5.0] "Good tag team match, but I think some dynamics were just thrown out there... Riddle and ZSJ showed a really good chemistry, it doesn't even look that their last match was almost 6 years ago, they need to have a singles match ASAP. I liked the fact that Jeff Cobb reunited the Chosen Bros there, they certainly have some history, but I was expecting a little more... it wasn't bad, but I was just expecting more - {**1/2}"
[7.0] "Good stuff. Riddle looked like he belonged in an NJPW ring, firmly the second best for me after ZSJ. ZSJ's reversal of the tour of the islands into a pin was just awesome, the guy continues to pull stuff off that I've never seen. Cobb & Tito were both good too just not as standout. ***3/4"
[6.0] "Another really fun match on the card. Bad Dude Tito has improved immensely. Nice surprise seeing the Chosen Bros together. Im looking forward to that eventual Sabre/Riddle match down the line."
[6.0] "Fun match that had a lot of fun sequences between every combination of wrestlers. Riddle still looks as good as before and was really over with the California crowd here. ZSJ and Riddle are clearly the main focus of this, but Cobb and Tito did a nice job as the heavy. Definitely not a match that has much storytelling or focus on selling, still a nice tag to have in the mid card that works better for a live audience. ***1/4"
[7.0] "I actually really enjoyed this tag match, I dont necessarily care about anyone in this but Riddle, and Zsj but i really want to see that match now."
[6.0] "[3.5*] Jeff Cobb appeared to be Matt Riddle's mysterious partner in his NJPW debut, the exchanges between Zack Saber Jr and Matt Riddle were very good, people forgot how good Riddle can be, both were great and very technical in their exchanges . ZSJ punishing Riddle's bare feet was a funny moment and a smart move for Zack. Riddle finishing the match gives him credibility for his next match against Tanahashi and also hints at a future singles match against Zack Saber Jr."
[9.0] "This match is very underrated. This was just a terrific tag match, and a great debut by Riddle. Some very cool exchanges on the mat between Riddle and Sabre, and really made you want to see a singles match between the two. In many ways its a dream match of two guys who are so good on the mat with their holds and submissions, and the legit background of Riddle can be played up in the story of the match. You wondered what kind of Riddle you would get post WWE, but he was as good as ever. Tito also impressed and showed good power and agility and of course Cobb is always great."
[7.0] "A very good display by Matt Riddle in his NJPW debut/return. Sabre and Riddle had some outstanding sequences that make you want to see a singles match between them again very soon. Cobb vs Tito was the other great duo from this one. 3.75/5"
[6.0] "Cool and fun tag team match. Riddle needs this win to build momentum against Hiroshi Tanahashi. Great teamwork between the two. The match started off a technical show fest between the two. The bumping between Cobb and Bad Dude is somehow intense. Sabre advantageously hurting the barefoot of Riddle by snapping the toes, stomping it and ankle lock is such a savage sight. Following the mixtures of Zack's technical prowess, Jeff Cobb's unbelievable strength, Bad Dude's brawling power and Riddle's striking and athleticism, this tag team match has the perfect blend. ***1/4"
[7.0] "It was a very fun tag match with everyone coming out looking good. Riddle just had a great returning match with some seeds being planted with ZSJ and Cobb. I don't think Riddle will end up in UE, but it will be good to have him being around them."
[9.0] "Great tag match here. ZSJ has brilliant chemistry with both Matt Riddle and Jeff Cobb. Very impressive return for Matt Riddle too. Hopefully this is something they continue with these wrestlers as the crowd loved this match"
[7.0] "Good debut for Riddle, the crowd was red-hot for him which I did not expect. ZSJ has unreal chemistry with Riddle and Jeff Cobb and that helped carry the match. Tito is good but I felt he didn't have much of an impact here compared to the other three."
[7.0] "Very good NJPW debut for Riddle ! His chemistry with ZSJr was known but he worked also very well with Tito. Cobb and Sabre are still awesome to watch against each other;"
[8.0] "Well it's the fourth time I give 3, 75* in this show that's weird, the quality has been so linear so far. Anyway Riddle looked good and I liked the moments between Cobb and Tito and also the callbacks to the Jeff/Sabre rivalry. A good blend of a lot of styles. ***3/4"
