[6.0] "This was a perfectly fine house show esque main event, actually enjoyed it more than I thought I would. Nothing too flashy or impressive, though there was some nice double/triple team offence (Dark Order's pendulum bomb is a great move), and some little decent bits of comedy interspersed."
[6.0] "A solid main event, but nothing memorable. I'm not a huge fan of Hager, Menard, and Parker in the ring, though I am a little interested by Parker's current romance storyline with Ruby Soho and Harley Cameron. As for Dark Order, I'm a fan of all three men, so I liked seeing them get the win here."
[5.0] "This was a perfectly fine match that allowed Dark Order and Negative-1 to pay homage to Brodie Lee. Some decent combinations (especially by Silver/Reynolds) and Hager did a nice job blending comedy/wrestling. No need to go out of your way to catch this match, but it fits well on Rampage. As an aside, I've really gotta give them credit for maintaining continuity with the cake-on-the-face bit. It's a small thing, but it's appreciated."
[6.0] "The match was enjoyable and entertaining, though not particularly remarkable for wrestling. It was a solid match with good exchanges. This was an excellent end to this Homecoming special show."
[6.0] "Kinda fun, great to see the continuity in Parker coming out with his face full of cake. Reynolds and Silver's combo continues to be satisfying."
"[4] THOUGHTS: Cool Hand Angelo Parker came to the ring with his face still covered in cake, nice. I really like 2.0 Daddy Magic and Parker, I wish they would get a serious run at the tag belts. SPOT OF MATCH: Jon Silver had a nice running boot to the back of Anges head then a vicious German Suplex, then Reynolds and Evil Uno cam in the ring and the three of them hit a pendulum bomb on Ange for a near fall, cool sequence."
[6.0] "This was both a nice tribute to Mr. Brodie Lee and an entertaining match in its own right. These teams both prove that you don't need to be at the top of the card to be entertaining."
[7.0] "Solid match. Very competitive. Solid combinations and exchanges. Good to see these two groups getting some TV time early in 2024. Solid way to end Homecoming."
[5.0] "match was funny and it had entertaining purposes rather than wrestling, so from the wrestling aspect, we haven't seen anything special. this wasn't terrible, but I think it shouldn't have been on the main event. matches like this are mostly opener of the show but apart from that, this match was very average in my opinion. (**1/2)"
[5.0] "A nice little tribute to Mr. Brodie Lee at Daily's Place where he had his entire AEW run. Of course the definitive tribute was the all time great episode just after his death, but this was a nice way to remember him too, even though the action wasn't the best."
[6.0] "Did what it had to do. Solid match that also allowed -1 to come out with the Dark Order again. Parker coming out with the cake still on his face was funny"
